This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the consumer protection in case of unfair competition activitites. Bachelor thesis is divided in two parts -- the part of literature review and the practical part. In the part of literature review, the basic terms, such as economic competition, competitor, consumer and unfair competition, are defined. Then there is described the issue of consumer protection in case of the unfair competition activities. In the practical part, there are listed and discussed specific examples of the unfair competition activities from practice. In the conclusion, there are presented certain recommendations for consumers, suggesting how to behave in case they are affected by the unfair competition activities.
