Improving quality of GSM Banking services for T-Mobile customers.
Bolehovská, Zuzana ; Vališová, Hedvika (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
This diploma thesis on the theme Improving quality of GSM Banking services for T-Mobile customers deals with detailed analysis of the selected product, which the T-Mobile company has been mediating to all it´s customers for years. This analysis resides in comparing of GSM Banking services with other mobile operators operating on the contemporary Czech market. My thesis contains general theoretical and concrete practical resources, which offer possibilities of improving and innovation of the present situation.
New trends in data network design
Hlavatý, Jindřich ; Zeman, Václav (referee) ; Novotný, Vít (advisor)
are used. In the theoretical part I analyse some basic network protocols and their gradual development, VLANs and Spanning Tree Protocol, MPLS protocol and other. There are described parameters for the design of new networks and the models networks and their various are used, the network with a new architecture and a software-defined network (SDN),too. The practical part deals with designed laboratory exercises for teaching students. The laboratory experiments are always divided into several tasks. They are formed even students ignorant or less familiar with the issue could configure and test it.
Remote data acquisition systems
Svadbík, Vít ; Zeman, Václav (referee) ; Mišurec, Jiří (advisor)
This work construes usage phone lines, system GSM and GPRS, internet and communication after high - tension lead in systems of remote gathering data. With development automated running shoot up need acquisition actual indications about all sorts of quantity. Acquisition these information often action on big distance. Systems for gathering from extensive region mark like „remote data acquisition systems". In first part of this work is accentuate on possibility usage as above channels at remote deduction gauging arrangement. In second part are mentioned counts real metering carrier rate and noise narrowband communication PLC. At the close is state instance usage some circumscribed ways transmission data for meter reading electrometer in municipality Boršice u Blatnice.
Laboratory of computer support for analog circuit solution
Ferdus, Jan ; Zeman, Václav (referee) ; Mišurec, Jiří (advisor)
This work contains familiarization with chosen simulation programs - Micro-Cap 9 and Multisim 9 and complex system OrCAD 10. It continue with description of the analog circuit amplifier 20W in grade A and the digital counter. Also contains description and process in work with these two circuits in chosen programs.
Possibilities of data communication over LV power lines
Pataj, Jiří ; Zeman, Václav (referee) ; Mišurec, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with possibilities of data communication on low voltage power lines, so-called PLC. This technology allows data transfer on power lines. According frequency band the PLC can be subdivide into narrowband or broadband class. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge of data communication on power lines and describes technical solutions. Second part of the thesis deals with narrowband PLC, which is accessible for commercial usage and it is suitable for remote data collection. The last part of the thesis focuses on measuring with device PowerLineDHP-301 made by D-link. The results are real bitrates depending on distance and quality of specific connection.
Monitoring interference in the mains supply
Jirčík, Zdeněk ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
This semester thesis describes design of electronic device adapted to monitoring of mains supply. Theoretical parts describes mains supply analysis, communication and management of files to memory. Next part is design electronics blocks and their cooperation. There are description of mains analyzer prototype and it’s parts and functions. Prototype was submitted to test measurement.
Quantification of energy loss in photothermic system of hot water supply in photovoltaics
Havlíček, Lukáš ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
This masters’s thesis is about quantify of energy losses in the solar system for heating of hot water by energy from photovoltaics. During the April in year 2014 will be realized a practical data collection on the real system. Then, based on these measurements, calculations will be performed.
High availability Microsoft Sql Server
Pyszko, Pavel ; Lattenberg, Ivo (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
The thesis contains a complete theoretical overview of high availability technologies in Microsoft SQL Server. For each technology, guidance is provided for the deployment of technologies. Technologies are analyzed from a security perspective, they are determined advantages and disadvantages of using technology in practice and is determined the optimal variant of use of the technology. High availability technology are compared with each other and is given the availability of individual technologies in versions of MS SQL Server. The thesis contains three scenarios with practical examples of using technology for high availability in practice. It provides an analysis of high-availability features in Oracle and are subsequently compared high availability features in Oracle environments with high availability technology in MS SQL Server.
Crosstalk analysis and modelling
Novotný, František ; Mišurec, Jiří (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
The thesis concerns the problem of interference modelling for xDSL technologies and Ethernet. The introduction describes the origin of crosstalk, that arise during the operation of the systems and the physical properties of the lines, therefore, the next section describes the properties of the primary and secondary parameters of the homogenous line and their modelling. In order to achieve higher data rates on the metallic line, systems with larger frequency spectrum are applied, resulting in a greater attenuation of the line. This issue and the characteristics determination of the transmission systems are subjects of the mathematical models, which are divided according to the modelling of primary or secondary parameters. The main goal of this work is to describe the effects which influence the performance of data transfer via xDSL and Ethernet technology focusing on internal and external disturbances acting on the cable lines. This is the crosstalk at the near and far end, adaptive white noise, radio frequency interference RFI and impulse noise. Following part of the thesis deals with the properties of xDSL technologies, specifically ADSL2+ and VDSL2 and Ethernet. Another aim is to design applications which enable to test the performance of xDSL and Ethernet transmission systems with its own award simulations interference. The conclusion describes the design and implementation of laboratory experiments for measuring of the efficiency and spectral properties of xDSL. The proposed laboratory protocols are annexed to this thesis, including the measured waveforms.
