Technological, economical and ecological aspects of dry machining

Using of process liquids improves the procedure and results of machining, on the other hand, increases costs and raises some ecological and hygienic issues. In the work there is gradually analyzed mechanism of chip formation, progress and distribution of heat and thermal fields as well as economic and ecological aspects of dry machining and influence of dry machining on durability of tools. In the experimental part there are evaluated data which were measured during the drilling of cylindrical workpiece with regards to progress of workpiece thermal fields while using various kind of tool coating. In the final part there are stated recommendations for practice.

For this thesis company Poličské strojírny a.s. was choosen,which deals mechanical engineering. This company is located in Bořiny near the city of Polička. This thesis deal with proposal on a new regulátory base of selected components and portfolio in th particular company. The first part of thesis containstheoretical basis and totalanalysis of the company. In the second part of this thesis is created new standard of components including sugestion of the calculation. Finally total assets are evaluated in this thesis.

Safety valve for presses

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the safety pneumatic valve. This valve is a part of the two-handed control system device which is used with mechanical press. Operational calculation of important parts and strength control of the most stressed construction part is done in this paper. Further the calculation defining leaking of compressed air from one of the chamber of valve is presented. The result of this calculation is the time dependence of the chambre pressure. Partial drawing documentation which contains production drawings of the main parts of valve and the drawing of the assembly is a part of the appendix.

Cultivation of Vital hop variety

Předložená metodika shrnuje zásady pěstování odrůdy Vital ve dvou progresivních pěstitelských systémech, v systému integrované produkce a v ekologickém zemědělství. Pěstitelský proces je veden snahou o prevenci a potlačení výskytu škodlivých organismů podporou užitečné entomofauny pomo-cí výsevu vhodných plodin v okolí či na okraji chmelnic. Navrhovaná opatření směřují ke zvýšení půdní úrodnosti,schopnosti půdy vytvořit optimální prostředí pro kořenovou soustavu rostlin chmele a během celé jejich vegetační doby jim zajistit dostatečné množství živin, vzduchu a vody pro jejich růst a vývoj, směřující k maximální produkci chmelových hlávek. Při vyhnojování chmelnic se preferují organická hnojiva, jako jsou komposty, statková hnojiva aj. Velká pozornost je věnována možnostem uplatnění zeleného hnojení a trvalého zatravnění, které je aktuální zejména na svažitých pozemcích. Ochrana chmele vychází z monitorování výskytu škodlivých organismů, prognóz signalizace vybraných chorob a škůdců a systémů varování. Ošetření pesticidy se provádí jen v nezbytně nutném rozsahu až po dosažení prahu hospodářské škodlivosti. Doporučované přípravky jsou selektivní s co nejmenším vedlejším účinkem na necílové organismy a životní prostředí. Zásady integrované produkce a ekologického pěstování chmele jsou aplikovatelné v klasických vysokých konstrukcích i systému pěstování chmele v nízkých konstrukcích.

Methodics of plant protection within hybrid hop varieties against downy mildew (Peronoplasmopara humuli Miy et Tak., Wils)

Metodika ochrany hybridních odrůd chmele proti peronospoře chmelové (Peronoplasmopara humuli Miy et Tak., Wils.) poskytuje informace o doporučované strategii ochrany chmele proti nejnebezpečnější houbové chorobě v našich podmínkách. Tato publikace vznikla na základě poznatků z pokusů Chmelařského institutu v Žatci. Hlavní úkol řešené problematiky spočíval v stanovení krátkodobé prognózy peronospory chmelové pro hybridní odrůdy. Jelikož hybridní odrůdy chmele jsou všeobecně citlivější k infekci peronosporou chmelovou, není možné použit stejnou prognózu jako pro Žatecký poloraný červeňák. Z tohoto důvodu bylo nutné vytvořit novou strategii, která by vyhovovala i pro tyto odrůdy, jejichž podíl v druhové skladbě má vzrůstající charakter.

Methodics of hop protection against two-spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae Koch)

Metodika ochrany chmele proti svilušce chmelové (Tetranychus urticae Koch) poskytuje informace týkající se detailního popisu jednotlivých vývojových stádií svilušky chmelové. Jsou zde uvedeny charakteristické znaky odlišující tato stádia, včetně důležitých bionomických informací a charakteristiky symptomů hospodářské škodlivosti T. urticae. Metodika obsahuje konkrétní pokyny pro odběr listů a hodnocení biologické účinnosti pro provedení ochranných zásahů. Prahy hospodářské škodlivosti jsou diferencovány dle jednotlivých akaricidů a s ohledem na vývojovou fázi chmele. Stanovení toxikologických dat a biologické účinnosti metodicky doporučovaných akaricidů na polní populace svilušky chmelové tvoří nedílnou součást této metodiky.

Methodics of plant protection against dampson-hop aphid (Phorodon humuli Schrank)

Metodika ochrany chmele proti mšici chmelové (Phorodon humuli Schrank) poskytuje informace týkající se detailního popisu jednotlivých forem mšice chmelové jak na primárních hostitelských rostlinách rodu Prunus (fundatrix, fundatrigenie), tak i virginogenních stádií na chmelu, včetně migrujících forem. V další fázi je pozornost zaměřena na prognózu výskytu mšice chmelové a signalizaci ochranných zásahů jak na základě SET v kombinaci s prahem hospodářské škodlivosti, tak na signalizaci ochranného zásahu proti mšici chmelové na základě krátkodobé prognózy výskytu virginogenní generace. Na základě monitorování letu mšic v ČR signalizovaném pracovníky SRS lze odhadovat intenzitu přeletu okřídlených forem P. humuli pro následující rok. Stanovení toxikologických dat a biologické účinnosti metodicky doporučovaných insekticidů na polní populace mšice chmelové tvoří nedílnou součást této metodiky.
