To make it easier for foreign players, the questionnaire was also written in English. We then compared the results from the questionnaire with professional literature. Results: I found out that regeneration is not given as much emphasis as it should be. At the same time, a high number of accidents surfaced. Another finding concerned coaches who provided inaccurate information regarding passive recovery. Regarding passive regeneration according to players, it is of great importance, but more than half do not do anything that could make this regeneration more effective and of better quality.
