Late Toxicity of Radiotherapy in Prostate Cancer - Clinical Aspects. (Influence of Hormonal Therapy on Chronic Gastrointestinal Toxicity in Prostate Cancer Patients Treated with Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy) Besides dose escalation, hormonal therapy is the second factor that can prolong survival in men with localized prostate cancer. The aim of our study was to investigate if hormonal ablation influence the incidence of chronic gastrointestinal (GI) and genitourinary (GU) toxicity in men treated with radiotherapy. Materials and methods: We evaluated data of chronic toxicity in 320 men irradiated by 3D-CRT technique with a dose of 70 or 74 Gy and 233 men irradiated by IMRT with a dose of 78 or 82 Gy. Toxicity was scored using RTOG and FC-LENT criteria. Results: There was no difference in chronic GI or GU toxicity if we evaluated all the patients together. Also no significant difference was observed in the 3D-CRT group, we have only noticed a tendency to higher incidence of GI and lower incidence of GU toxicity in men with hormonal therapy. In the IMRT group, there was no difference in GI toxicity, but GU toxicity G3-4 was significantly higher in men with hormonal therapy (p = 0.045). The bachelor thesis will be focusing on the education of pupils with special educational needs at secondary vocational schools. In particular, it addresses the topic of specific learning disorders. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis will be to analyze the professional literature, to become acquainted with the basic terminology, the classification of individual learning disorders, the causes of learning disabilities, to learn the problems of learning disabilities in secondary schools. In the practical part, the survey will focus on individuals with specific learning disabilities. Work is focusing on qualitative research, specifically on the development of three case reports. The survey will be based on the method of a semi-structured in-depth interview and observation. Furthermore, the survey will be sourcing from individual educational plans, school student records, recommendations from pedagogical-psychological counselling and content analysis of activity results. The respondents will be three pupils of the Secondary Technical School in Třebíč. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to find out how pupils with specific learning disabilities manage to study at the Secondary Technical School in Třebíč. Another goal of the thesis is to find out what helps these pupils in their studies, which in turn makes it difficult for them to study. How teachers and parents help pupils with learning disabilities. What can these pupils do or do to study at the Secondary Technical School in Třebíč. How did these respondents feel in the school environment and what was their experience in integrating them.

Antonio Machado y Álvarez: flamenco lyrics

The present work concentrates on the analysis of the most significant aspects of the flamenco lyrics gathered by Spanish folclorist Antonio Machado y Álvarez (Demófilo) in his anthologies Colección de Cantes Flamencos and Cantes Flamencos y Cantares. The collected material consists of short units of poetry called coplas flamencas, which comprise of some few verses. These are used as segments, of which the whole flamenco composition is being built. The first important characteristics, determined by the brevity of the form, is the utmost simplicity and concision of expression: the limited space of these texts does not reduce their capacity for intensive expression. Quite the opposite, often the resulting effect is enhanced, as less is said. As nothing in these texts is autotelic, also the images of the external world serve, in these texts centered on the human being and its inner world, their purpose: they reflect the inner reality. The fact that the subjective inner reality is in the centre of flamenco poetry manifests itself also in that the personal experience is the principal subject, presented from the first person perspective or its capacity for creating the impression of autobiographicity. Lawrence Ferlinghetti: Images of a city

The thesis provides three distinct perspectives on the representations of urban spaces in poetry of Lawrence Ferlinghetti. While they are dissimilar in terms of poetic style, employed literary devices and concepts and themes they explore, one important aspect is shared: the images of the city serve to discuss themes that transcend the urban domain. Ferlinghetti uses the city as a framework for his reflections on subject matters that have been categorized as follows: intertextuality, memory, critical urban discourse. The first perspective regards the city as a text and an intertext composed of various sorts of texts such as architecture, visual arts, literature, sculpture or music. These texts may enter the relation with the urban text when they are "read" in the context of actual physical location. A juxtaposition of two dissimilar texts may trigger production of new meanings, which has the character of continual process: it is the intertextual flux. As a result, the perception of one or both codes suffers modification; one text contaminates the other. The examples of these influences and interferences between urban and other texts are analyzed on the background of the study of intertextuality in reception and critical theory. V teoretické části je vymezen předmět a účel finanční analýzy, její uživatelé a zdroje vstupních informací. Dále jsou zde popsány vybrané metody finanční analýzy. Po stručné charakteristice odvětví a výrobního oboru a popisu vybraného podniku jsou tyto metody aplikovány v rámci aplikační části diplomové práce.

The Assumptions of Commercial Services Development in a Chosen Area - DSO Zlaty vrch

The aim of this thesis is to analyse commercial servises in the area Zlatý vrch and suggest the possible solutions of their develepment. The literary part, in which the basic terms of the topic are characterized, was written first. These terms are then used in the practical part. Subsequently, the situation analysis, where the whole territory is mapped, was worked out. Futhermore, the survey of the businesmen and also interwiews with the mayors of each municipality were carried out. SWOT analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats was prepared on the basis of these analyses. At the end, I proposed my own suggestions for the expansion of commercial services, which arise from the three main priorities: turism, business and environment.
