Risks of the information system and their impact on economy of the company are elaborated by application of the created metrics. To build the part of IS/IT strategy of the company that leads to elimitation of the risks found is dealt with in the thesis as well.

In the following practical part I will use the methods for analysis of provided company data. The analysis obtained can be used as a support for company decision making.

The diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the information system, which is used to record the hours worked, in a specific company. The content of the work is, in addition to the above, the analysis of the company in terms of external and internal environment, a description of the information systems used and their audit.

Realization of carcass superstructure of a multifunctional building Kopřivy, Boskovice

The Bachelor thesis is about solving the technology of rough upper building of the Polyfunctional object "Kopřivy" at the "Růžové Náměstí" in Boskovice. Within the work, there is a processed technological procedure for vertical and horizontal brick constructions, technical report of building site equipment, draft of the machine and traffic routes, control and test plan, and health and safety measures at work. Due to the time and financial demands of the construction, a timetable and its budget line are drawn up. The documentation provided by the investor of the building was used to prepare the bachelor thesis.

Further is used of knowledge in project management to solving specic project in company. The main part of this thesis is therefore project proposal of automatic extinguishing system server room.

Treatment options for untreatable amoeba Naegleria fowleri

Naegleria fowleri is a free-living protist which can penetrate the body of a previously healthy person and cause meningoencephalitis. The rapid course, disproportionately strong immune response and the lack of effective drugs are the reasons why this disease almost always ends fatally. Due to the relative rarity of this disease, it is not lucrative for pharmaceutical companies to develop a completely new drug. The only way to search for effective drugs is to test those that have already been approved for another purpose. However, clinical tests are not possible due to the low morbidity and rapid course of the disease, and research in this area is thus limited to animal models of the disease and evaluation of the effect of drugs against the pathogen in vitro. Currently used medication includes drugs that are highly toxic or poorly penetrate the site of inflammation. In the future, more effective chemotherapy against N. fowleri and more gentle towards patient could be used. This work summarizes knowledge about pathogenic amoeba, currently used drugs and presents new experimentally tested therapeutics.
