Proposal for the effectiveness of work in the organization culture

This bachelor thesis describes problems of development and pottering of organization culture in IVes, spol. s r.o. This work is based on assigned hypothesis of particular problems that relate to the organization culture. A description of activities of the company is included. In this essay an actual quality of the organization culture will be researched. The results of the survey will form suggestions, that will lead to raising efficiency and quality of work in the company.

Analysis of Practical Implications of Changes in Family Law Introduced by §655 - §975 of the Civil Code.

(in English) This bachelor thesis deals with new legal regulations of Family Law listed in new Civil Code Act No. 89/2012Coll.in force from 1. 1. 2014 with it simplifications for the practice of Social and Legal Protection of Children departments. According to this new act the preceding Act No. 94/1963 Coll. concerning the Family, which has regulated Family Law, and Act No. 40/1964 Coll. on the Civil Code, are abolished. Hypothesis: This breakthrough change in our legislation influences Fundamentals of Family Law and current administrative a juridical practice. Aim: analyse new Family Law regulated by articles nos.655 to 975of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., compare the legislations with Act No. 94/1963 Coll., evaluate the expected impact on people concerned, as indicated by the abolishment of Act No. 94/1963 Coll., and identify the impact on proceeding and practice in departments of Social and Legal Protection of Children. Methods used in the bachelor thesis: analysis, comparative study, deduction.

Violent Crime and Its Prevention

Violent Crime and Its Prevention Abstract This thesis deals with violent crime and its prevention. This topic is broad, therefore only few aspects are included into this work. I focused mostly on phenomenology of violent crime, worldwide comparation and prevention of crime. The violent crime is a traditional criminologic topic, but despite that, it is still very actual. My goal was to chart violent crime and its prevention. This work is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, basic concepts are defined. The focus of a second chapter is on phenomenology, state, dynamics and extent of the violent crime in Czech Republic and in countries, that I have chosen. In the following chapter, the state of violent crime is compared in-between some chosen countries through index crime of homicide. Crime in United States and Great Britain is compared in more detail later in this chapter. In the same chapter, relapse and latent crime is also described. In the third chapter, perpetrator of violent crime, various kinds of typology, ratios between men and women in sense of numbers of offences and age composition of offenders are discussed.
