History of the primary school in Chýnov in the years of 1900 1950

The bachelor thesis covers the history of the primary school in Chýnov in the period between 1900 and 1950. The introduction is followed by two chapters describing the history and the present day of Chýnov. The third chapter briefly portrays notable persons related in one way or another to Chýnov. The fourth chapter outlines the personality of the teacher in a Czech school. The fifth chapter tells of the founding of the primary school. Chapters 6 to 10 accounts of the school in a certain period and characterizes this period.

The master thesis focuses on dysplasia of the hip joint in relation to the physical activities of an infant under one year. The thesis contains three sections. The theoretical part informs about dysplasia of the hip and physical activities jointed to this infliction. The special part defines suitable and unsuitable physical activities of an infant under one year with dysplasia of the hip. The research deals with hypothesis, problem's questions and goals. The methods used are anamnesis, experiment, interviews and casuistry. On the basis of experiment was difined short-term and a long-term exercise's plan for infant under one year with dysplasia of the hip. The research was conducted at the patient K. V. from birth to one year of age. Were applied the selected physical activities that demonstrate their significant impact on the reporting of disability. Medical reports suggest that the degree of disability investigated patients improved more than one level. It was also found that there are differences of opinion between medical approaches and treatment by specialists. Even parents have a different attitude to medical recommendations and some seek the views of other experts. Proposal of Marketing Strategy for the Selected Czech Company Planning to Expand into a Foreign Market

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of entry of a selected Czech company into the foreign market. This company is based in Znojmo and its main business is the rental of wedding dresses. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part forms a theoretical framework, which consists of basic concepts of the problem. This is followed by an analytical part, which consists of the characteristics of the company and an analysis of the external and internal environment. The last part, following the previous part, consists of own proposals created for the entry of a selected Czech company into the foreign market.
The Business Plan for the Establishment of Family Farm for the Cultivation and Processing of lavender

The thesis is focused on creating a complete business plan for establishing a family owned lavender farm in the village of Římov. The theoretical part describes the business process from the very idea of starting an enterprise, the assessment of the business plan using the Lean Canvas tool, chosen analytical and research methods as well as creating a given structure for of the business plan which involves eliminating risks, setting up the product and entering the market. The analytical part of the work provides a SWOT analysis of the business environment. In the final part of the thesis both the preferred market strategy and the business model breakdown are proposed.
Fundamental analysis of Stock Spirits Group

The Bachelor´s Thesis is a fundamental analysis of Stock Spirits Group. The first part determines types of a stock analysis. The second part deals with the most important industry factors and European markets with alcohol, where the company is active. The third part investigates the company itself, its position on markets, its results, dividend policy and outlook. The last part of the thesis represents the basic methods how to set forth the intrinsic stock value using a discount model and relative valuation. These methods are then applied on estimates of future dividends of the company and an investment recommendation is issued. The conclusion summarizes results of the fundamental analysis of the company and comments on the recommendation.
Fundamental analysis of Kofola stock

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko stock, which is traded on the Prague Stock Exchange, from the point of view of the fundamental model. In three chapters of this paper the company`s shares will be analysed from three levels of fundamental analysis (global economic, industry and company), and the achieved results will be described and evaluated at the end of each level. The financial analysis of the company will be carried out using indicators of profitability, liquidity and financial stability as a part of the last third chapter. At this stage, individual values for the indicators will be described, and most of them will also serve to calculate the intrinsic value of the share. The result of the bachelor thesis should be to determine the internal price of the title, compare it with the current market rate, and make the investment recommendation.

The bachelor thesis presents a comparison of stock exchanges in Australia and India. More specifically it focuses on the Australian Securities Exchange in Australia and on Indian stock exchanges, the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. The thesis analyses and compares stock exchanges in terms of the system of trading. Emphasis is also put on the assessment and comparison of the size of these stock exchanges according to various factors. An important part of this thesis is an identification and comparison of effects that influence the development of these stock exchanges. For this comparison, their biggest stock market indices are used.

This thesis deals with a fundamental analysis of BHP Billiton company, whose shares are listed on exchanges in Johannesburg, London, New York and Sydney. The thesis in its three chapters aims to assess the impact of global, sector, and company factors on the stock price. The first chapter focuses on macro factors that affect the stock price, the second chapter focuses on the state of the sector, regulations, and innovations in the sector, and the third chapter includes calculations of the intrinsic value. An assessment of these factors will result in a recommendation whether the company's shares should be bought or sold.
Fundamental analysis of easyJet's stock

This bachelor thesis deals with fundamental analysis of a share of British airline company easyJet. The first chapter is based on estimating the influence of selected macroeconomic variables on the changes of the stock price. The second chapter, which is dedicated to sectoral analysis, deals with the regulation of the aviation industry and easyJet's position on the domestic and foreign markets. The last chapter is devoted to corporate analysis, which calculates the internal value of the share using several methods and presents an appropriate investment recommendation.
Valuation of Tesla share

In my bachelor thesis, I worked on an analysis of Tesla Inc. (TSLA). The output was to decide whether the stock is undervalued, overvalued or at the level of its intrinsic value. In order to fulfill this objective and provide an investment recommendation I performed analysis from three perspectives. Global macro analysis was focused on the influence of macroeconomic variable on the stock and US capital market. Sector analysis was run deeply into market structure of electric vehicles to evaluate its potential in the future. Finally, fundamental analysis on the corporate level was done using Free-Cash-Flow-to-Firm method. Last, but not least I performed valuation using historical models in order to confirm my conclusion.
