This master´s thesis deals his issue of company performance measurement. In the first part there is given theoretical framework of this topic. The practical part contains analysis of the current situation of the company with two competitors. Based on the analysis there are proposing measures, which will contribute to improving business performance.

Proposal of the Improvement of the Motivation System in the Company

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the motivation of the chosen company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o. It focus on rewards of employees and on employees' benefits. By using of questionnaire of research were found out problems and shortages in motivation of employees. Then you can find out suggestions of sollutions, which should encourage to improving of informations and of productivity in the company.

The steel structure of a sports hall

Master thesis is focused on design of steel roofing structure of sports hall. Construction is located in town of Jihlava. Proportions and disposition are in accordance of assignment of master thesis. The proportions are 40m x 60m, the height of structure is approximately 15m. Two versions of roof structure were designed – truss beam with shape of lentil and double reverse truss girders (girland truss). These versions were tentatively analyzed and designed for the main bearing members. Afterwards both of the versions were appraised and one of the versions was chosen for detailed treatment. It means there was attention focused on design of important details, creating of drawing documentation and technical report, all in the range of thesis supervisor. The valid Eurocodes were used.

On the basis of the finding informations the work includes the processed suggestion of the corporate strategy, which should be helpful to establish the company position on the market and assure her additional development.

Silicon solar cells: methods for experimental study and evaluation of material parameters in advanced structures

This work concerns with today's challenges of photoelectrical characterization methods in the research and development of thin film silicon solar cells. Relevant results are obtained only when photocurrent spectroscopy and measurement of current-voltage characteristics, are applied on the real structures that can however be multi-layered, multi-junction devices with nanostructured interfaces. Analytical and numerical optical models comprising light scattering are used for analysis of light absorption and for evaluation of optical absorption coefficient of silicon layers in sub-gap region. The slope of absorption edge and residual absorption in mid-gap indicate material disorder and defect density. Based on the investigation of electrical interaction between sub-cells in the dual-junction solar cell we developed new methods of evaluation of photocurrent spectra and current-voltage characteristics individually for each sub-cell with no need to contact them directly. Usability of Fourier Transform Photocurrent Spectroscopy as a robust method for photocurrent spectroscopy of amorphous silicon is thoroughly analyzed here. The issues of frequency dependence are addressed in detail and comparison with photothermal deflection spectroscopy is made.
