The bachelor thesis deals with design of recontruction of the railway line Mikulovice st. hr. – Hanušovice in section from km 20,6 to km 23,3, that is located between stations Ostružná - Horní Lipová. The object of this thesis is improvement of the track geometry parameters, reconstruction of the railway superstructure and substructure, renewal of the drainage and elaboration of the bill of quantities.

Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje minulé a současné mise k Marsu a uvádí objevy, úspěchy a technologie použité během jednotlivých misí. První kapitola se zaměřuje na první průzkumné mise Sovětského svazu a Spojených států během studené války a popisuje důležité úspěchy jednotlivých misí. Dále tato práce pojednává o roverech, jako jsou Opportunity, Spirit, Curiosity a také o Perseverance, které byly navrženy pro mobilní průzkum povrchu planety. Poslední část této práce se zabývá možností vyslání lidské posádky na tuto planetu, stavbou habitatů a samotnou cestou mezi Zemí a Marsem. V této kapitole jsou také nastíněna zdravotní rizika a různé problémy, kterým by posádka během takové mise musela čelit.
SCHOOL FOR FLUTE

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create, if possible, a comprehensive view of the methodology of the playing the flute. The work includes a brief informations about history and development of the flute. It desribes individual parts of the flute, suitable production materials and appropriate instrument care. The work is also focused on holding the instrument, the flute playing posture, making a tone, embouchure, breathing, dynamics and vibrato. Part of my thesis is also devoted to pedagogy, it contains informations about the pupils' and educator's access to education and describes several options of proper exercising.
Eduard Douša, composer and teacher

The thesis brings the general point of view on the personality of Eduard Douša as composer and teacher. The first chapter brings a brief curriculum vitae of Douša. The second chapter offers an complete view at the composer´s work. It makes us familiar with the author´s beginnings as composer, first inspirations and personalities, which inspired him in studying composition, but also with his attitude to modern composition techniques. It is here closer spoken about reasons of composer´s interest in instructional works for kids and young adults. In this chapter is also analysed the topic of choice of musical forms, which Eduard Douša prefers, and he is convenient with them. The third chapter deals with Douša´s opinions on teaching, and methods he uses in his teaching of the composition. There are also mentioned the people, who served as role models to Douša. In the final, fourth chapter, is previous knowledge supported by meeting selected works of Eduard Douša for brass instruments. The biggest attention is given to Sonatina for flute and the piano.

Live streaming of computer games in the Czech republic: a qualitative study

This thesis focuses on the phenomenon of live-streaming of computer games in the Czech Republic. This thesis is based on an approach of online ethnography and tries to describe what meaning do the producers of content (who are labeled as performers in this thesis) ascribe to streaming, what are their motivations to stream, how they present themselves on the streams and what is the content of those streams. The live-streaming of computer games in this thesis is put into context of user-generated content. The main part of this thesis is a qualitative research realized through an online observations of streams and through interviews with the performers, who stream on the streaming service Twitch. The findings show that streaming is entertaining and time passing activity for the performers, but also a form of a social contact. Some motivations of the performers include the satisfaction of their viewers and recurring contact with them. There were no financial motivations involved among the performers. Performers mostly do not stylize themselves into any specific role, however some of them do take on themselves the roles of teachers, who teach their viewers to be a better gamer, or the roles of entertainers. Prague spring as a flute competition

In the thesis there are general information about the Prague Spring, the International Music Competition focusing on flute years, their compositions, members of jury, Czech and Slovak competitors and winners. The thesis also deals with information about the International Music Festival or historical and political situation in Czechoslovakia. The first capture involves an issue of the Prague Spring conception as a social and political cause, as an international music festival and international music competition. Each of these categories is particularly specified. The second - main - chapter contains detailed information about the International Music Competition focusing on flute. This part specifies all the years of flute competitions, every year is described in detail including selection and number of compositions, a number of competitors, participation of Czech flute players and famous jury members with their biography.
Flutist Vojtěch Lindaur

Diploma thesis „Flutist Vojtěch Lindaur” deals with the personality of Vojtěch Lindaur, one of the most significant West Bohemian musicians living and working in the second half of 20th century. It captures his career, the very beginnings of playing the flute, engagement in the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen and Radio Symphony Orchestra in Pilsen. The Diploma thesis focuses on the flutist´s pedagogical career, activities in the field of chamber music and recording activities. Memories of the musician´s colleagues bring information about the personality of Vojtěch Lindaur. The Diploma thesis also contains list of contemporary pieces interpreted by Vojtěch Lindaur, registry of recordings made in 1960s and 1970s in the Pilsen Radio recording studio and list of opera premiers interpreted by Vojtěch Lindaur in the J. K. Tyl Theatre from 1956 to 1990.
