Competences of kindergarten pedagogical leaders

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the position of the head pedagogical worker in a preschool. The theoretical part defines the head pedagogical workers in preschools, especially the school director, their legislative framework, and their job responsibilities. Furthermore, the theoretical part defines the concept of competence and examines the competencies of preschool directors and their competency models, which are based on their job responsibilities. The empirical part investigates, through quantitative research, whether the head pedagogical workers possess the necessary competencies required for managing preschools. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, which was sent to preschool directors located in the Central Bohemian Region. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to determine which areas of the individual competencies the preschool directors consider most important for performing their role. In the empirical part of the study, it was found that among managerial competencies, the mastery of managerial skills was considered most important by the directors for performing their role. GDPR implementation in selected European schools

This bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of the implementation of the European Data Protection Regulation or GDPR in selected European schools. The thesis is divided into theory and research investigation. The theoretical part focuses first on the general meaning of data protection, on the definition of the basic concepts of the GDPR and tries to get acquainted with the set legal framework, the current legislation and the principles of data protection. Furthermore, the theoretical part highlights how the General Data Protection Regulation is anchored in educational institutions. The implementation of the GDPR in education is Based on a literature search, qualitative research is conducted in the form of interviews with selected respondents. These are a Czech and a Spanish Data Protection Officer who have been appointed by the selected school to provide advice on the processing of personal data and to ensure compliance with the obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The topic of the diploma thesis is the management of further education of academic staff at a selected faculty, a part of a university-type university. The aim of the work is to analyze and describe the management system of continuing education of academic staff and to propose improvements in this area. The diploma thesis contains a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part is based on professional literature and deals with the concepts: university, academic worker, lifelong education, adult education, further professional education, corporate education. In the chapter entitled Universities and academic staff we will find the history, meaning and characteristics of universities, clarification of the term academic staff and a description of the competences of a university pedagogue. Analysis of the concept of education of employees in one private elementary school and kindergarten in the Czech Republic and a proposal for its changes.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employee education in one primary and nursery school in the Czech Republic. This is a one-case study, which, using qualitative-quantitative research, aims to analyze the current concept of employee education of the given organization and also proposes changes to the existing concept so that it is in line with the requirements for the strategic concept of employee education. The diploma thesis includes a theoretical part with an explanation of relevant concepts from the field of andragogy and management, as well as a practical part, where the internal documents of the school are analyzed and the characteristics of the current concept of employee education are described. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey was also carried out using 3 questionnaires, the respondents were school employees and the school director. These questionnaires were designed to verify the functionality of the concept.
