Family house in Vlachovice

The project deals with technical documentation of family house with partial basement, located in the village name Vlachovice. The building is located on slightly steep land in the gap between already existing lands and single-family houses. The house has the square-shape platform with saddle roof and clinging garage situated on the west side of the building is constructed with vegetation type roof. The basement severs as a technical and relaxation background for the house, the firt floor severs as a healt and social background and the attic serves as living area with sanitary facilities.

Technology of Laser Cutting

The master’s thesis deals with laser cutting technology and application in the industry. The first part of the thesis describes principle of laser beam creation, division and application of lasers in industry. The Experimental part is focused on cutting the workpiece using a laser and water jet in company named SMR Plus s.r.o., sample preparation and examining the structure of workpiece. Surface structures are compared with workpieces from water jet at the end of thesis.

Assessment of vulnerability of water reservoirs to sediment loads and eutrophication caused by soil erosion

This methodology has the following aims: Allow any investigator to evaluate the erosion and transport of sediment phosphorus in large river basins. Allow investigators to estimate the importance of erosion for the eutrophication of the target reservoir. Allow investigators to estimate the importance of other sources of phosphorus in the watershed. Allow investigators to estimate the behavior of the other tanks in the current state of phosphorus loads from the watershed. The methodology is focused on solutions in large river basins.

Recently the NAAR agency project “Defining of euthropication of standing water bodies caused by erosion phosphorus loads“ was started. Its purpose is to enhance the water bodies’ protection in coordination with the EU Water Framework Directive aims. Each vulnerable reservoir (standing water body) and its catchment will be fully examined and measures will be recommended.
