Stoklasová, Lucie ; Vostatková, Pavlína (advisor) ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee)
Title: Analysis of general physical performance of athletes aged 14 to 15 years in Sports Centres in 2019-2022 Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to investigate whether there has been a significant deterioration in the performance of athletes in the older youth category (14-15 years old) between 2019 and 2022. This period was exceptional in that an extraordinary event occurred in the Czech Republic, namely the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which halted social life and closed sports clubs. Methods: Microsoft Excel was used to process the data file provided by the Czech Athletic Association. The statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics was used for statistical operations, tests and graphs. In addition, tests of normality, homogeneity of variances and comparisons of results of correlation analyses, analyses of variance and partial post-hoc tests were used. Results: Based on the analysis of the dataset of athlete testing results in the Sports Centres it was found that, between 2019 and 2022, there was a significant deterioration in general movement performance in all categories studied, particularly in the male and female student categories aged 14 to 15 years. Disputes over inheritance law in inheritance proceedings
Stoklasová, Lucie ; Macková, Alena (advisor) ; Pohl, Tomáš (referee)
Disputes over inheritance law in inheritance proceedings Abstract This thesis deals with the inheritance proceedings. The thesis is primarily focused on disputes over inheritance law that may arise during the inheritance proceedings and which must be resolved in the ways prescribed by law before the final decision on inheritance is made. The content of this thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the general characteristics of inheritance proceedings. The purpose was to describe which legal provisions regulate the inheritance procedure, on which principles the procedure is based and what its normal course looks like. Chapter two is focused directly on the disputes over inheritance law. The subchapters describe what a dispute over inheritance law is and how it is defined by the Act On Special Court Proceedings. On the contrary, it is also described what the case law or commentary literature does not consider as a dispute over inheritance law, although this may not be obvious at first sight. The procedure for resolving such disputes depends on whether the dispute is based solely on a legal assessment of the situation, or whether the facts on which the right of succession of individuals depends are the subject of the dispute. The aim of the subchapter, which focuses on the...

Erosion control geotextiles on slopes along roads
Stoklasová, Lucie ; Kalibová, Jana (advisor) ; Petrů, Jan (referee)
The thesis is focused on erosion control on steep slopes along roads, primarily using erosion control geotextiles. The first part of the thesis provides a review on water erosion. Next, the thesis emphasises the importance of erosion control and describes possibile methods of mitigation or elimination of soil erosion on steep non-productive slopes using geotextiles. Another chapter is focused on the classification of geotextiles and how to use them in practice. The second part of the thesis presents three specific projects where erosion control geotextiles and geocells have been applied. In the end, the author discusses the suitability of methods applied in the examined projects and suggests a chronological classification of individual geotextile-products according to their effectiveness. This ordering may serve as an useful tool during the decision-making process when designing erosion control measures on steep slopes along roads.
Soils in Africa as source of mineral nutrition for large herbivores
Stoklasová, Lucie ; Hejcmanová, Pavla (advisor) ; Pavlů, Vilém (referee)
Abstract The aim of this study under the topic, Soils in Africa as source of mineral nutrition for large herbivores was to analyze soil in two reserves in Senegal. The first one was the Bandia reserve and the second one was the Fathala reserve. At these reserves a concervation program of Western Derby Eland (Taurotragus derbianus) is been run by Czech university of Life Sciences in Prague. The purpose of this research was to find out if these soils can be used as source of minerals for large herbivores practicing geophagy. This phenomen of deliberate ingestion of soil is well documented among wild animals and also among humans. The animals were observed eating soil in the past and in Bandia reserve artifical mineral licks are provided. They are many important factors that are considered for animals which eat soil. Three major ones that were tested include mineral concentrations, pH and clay content. Mineral concentrations were tested by the use of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy analysis, pH was tested by soil pH meter and clay content was established by particle size distribution analysis. Suitability of soil was fulfilled just in two of the factors which are clay content and pH. Mineral concentrations were found to be too low to supply animals needs. It was also proved that there is signifiant difference in soil characteristics between different habitats (dry and wet) and reserves.
