The parents' view on parenting education

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of education in the field of parenthood. The theoretical part is focused on defining the issue of parenthood. Specifically, these are the motives for parenthood, the issue of late parenthood, ideas about parenthood, or the influence of the media on parenthood. The next chapters of the theoretical part present educational styles, trends in parenting and transgenerational transfer of education. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on parental education and the presentation of courses in which the respondents participated. The empirical part is processed qualitatively and through semi-structured interviews finds out the view of parents, or mothers, on education in the field of parenthood. Specifically, what their reasons were for enrolling in the courses and how they reflected the benefits of the courses or the change that took place as a result of attending the courses.

Unfair competition within fashion industry

The thesis deals with legal regulation of unfair competition characteristic for marketing activities of competitors within the fashion industry. The aim of this thesis is to describe the fashion marketing, unfair competition and capture their intersection. Numerous illustrations of theoretical recognitions on examples from practice are supposed to contribute throughout the content to the creation of a comprehensive overview on the subject matter in order to bring its findings closer to competitors in this field. In the practical part key findings are analysed based on the theoretical part, which is divided into chapters and subchapters. First of all, the topic is presented along with reasons that led to its selection. Then the structure of the work, whose final form is confronted with the thesis, is outlined. Following subchapters are dedicated, besides the normative and marketing definition of individual aspects, also to critical considerations and suggestions for their improvement. The final summary presents thesis's conclusions, which can provide valuable insights for the professional and wider public while contributing to the solution of certain issues on this matter.

The thesis will focus on period of the 5th Topič Gallery (Topičův salon) in the period 2008 - 2014, which was led by a big art enthusiast and philanthropist Mr. Pavel Vašíček. It will deal with broad historical context of the gallery, which was reopened in 2008. There has not been done any research into the topic yet. The thesis will be based on accessible archive documents, oral history, exhibition reviews and exhibitions catalogues. Landscape motive in the work of Alfred Justitz The object of observation of the thesis Landscape motive in the work of Alfred Justitz is the landscape motive in Alfred Justitz's paintings and drawings. It introduces the personality of Alfred Justitz (1879˗1934), a member of the former generation of the Czechoslovakian modern art. Through the motive of landscape, which is present in almost all periods of his creative life, it brings out his artistic ideals regarding life and art in a broad historical and cultural context. Based on sources and textbooks it chronologically divides Justitz's work in four stages, that feature some common things and sources of inspiration. The purpose of the thesis is to introduce Alfred Justitz as an important landscape painter within Czech avantgarde circle.
