Appreciation in Municipal Property over Time
Sýkora, Ondřej ; Hromádka, Vít (referee) ; Vítková, Eva (advisor)
The aim of thesis "Appreciation in municipal property over time" is the selection of the most suitable variant of financing the investment project. The project solves the reconstruction of the existing unused House of Services at the Community House of Seniors. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the functioning of public administration and territorial self-government, public and mixed goods. Municipal budget and revenues of territorial budgets. Furthermore, project funding, grant titles and project preparation and implementation are mentioned. The practical part deals with ways of financing an investment project using bank products, where the use of state subsidy is also used. The calculations take into account income from regulated and market rents. Variants are compared to find the most appropriate funding option for this project.
Database Assistance of Risk Assessments
Sýkora, Ondřej ; Blecha, Petr (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This diploma thesis is concerned with creation of a computer program for management of technical documentation and its retrieval over a network. The program allows keyword search in documents in a database, either in all of them or in those selected according to given criteria. Any document found is then available for viewing. Moreover, users can create custom shortcuts to arbitrary places in documents for quick access. The program has been written in the PHP scripting language and employs an HTTP server, thus it can be used not only on a local area network but also remotely from other places with internet connectivity.

The theoretical part deals with municipal budget, structure budget and possible funding sources for the investment project. The practical part focuses on the possible ways to finance the investment project and grant programs using the most suitable option and an overall assessment of the results.
Software for Formal Testing of PLC Program
Sýkora, Ondřej ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis analyzes the testing techniques used in the IT industry and applies them analogously to the machine industry - specifically PLC programming. In this work, a test application is designed and implemented. It’s purpose is to find errors created by a PLC programmer or PLC code generator in the TIA Portal environment project. The application can find and detect up to 10 different errors. It is a windows form application, developed in C#, using the open interface of TIA Portal Openness. Subsequently, its functionality is tested on a small test project with a known number of errors and also on a large company project with an unknown number of errors.
Financial Assurance of Public Project

The aim of the thesis "Financial Assurance of public project" is to implement the finding the most appropriate method of financing the public project insulation Elementary School in Řečany nad Labem. In the section dealing with theory are discused financial processes regarding the public project. The partical part deals possible ways of financing the project with a selection of the most suitable option and evaluating the results.
Potrava násady kapra (Cyprinus carpio L.) v rybnících - analýza obsahu zažívadel.
SÝKORA, Ondřej
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to comprehensively evaluate the diet of two-year old common carp in semi-intensive pond culture from the stage of two-year carp (K2) to the stage of market carp (Kt). The extent to which the carp use natural and presented food and whether its composition changes during the season was monitored. The experiment itself was part of a large-scale GAČR project (Nutrients from Fish or Nutrition for Fish: Revealing Hidden Risk of Pollution and Nutrient Retention in Ponds through Nutritional Bioenergetics of Fish), which was conducted at the experimental facility of the VÚRH Vodňany. The experiment of food study was conducted in three ponds (0.16 ha), which were slowly filled from mid-April onwards, for the development of natural food after being left dry. Subsequently, 150 individuals of carp (337 ? 57 g) and 35 individuals of pikeperch (S. lucioperca L.; W=14.5 ? 38.8 g), were stocked on 26th April 2022 to prevent the development of undesirable fish species. Carp rearing lasted 162 days, during which time carp diet was monitored approximately once a month using the flushing method of Faina (1975). The contents of intestines of four carps were collected from each pond, at each date. At the beginning of the season, the diversity of the diet was high. Zooplankton was the most abundant food component throughout the entire experiment. However, if we consider the size of the feeding organisms, zoobenthos, consisting mainly of chironomid larvae, played a significant role in the diet of the carp at the beginning of the season. As the season progressed, the number of zoobenthos individuals decreased, while the number of zooplanktonic organisms in the diet increased, mostly represented by planktonic cladocerans and copepods. These two groups of organisms also had the highest frequency of occurrence and abundance in the digestive tract throughout the experiment. Along the season, in addition to the increasing abundance of zooplanktonic organisms, the proportion of grains in the carp diet also increased.
Application for formal testing of PLC program
Sýkora, Ondřej ; Arm, Jakub
The paper deals with developing application for testing of selected errors contained in Siemens TIA Portal V16 PLC Project. The application is being developed for the company ICE Industrial Services. The application should find bugs that programmers or PLC code generators make, but TIA Portal cannot detect them defaultly. In this moment, application is able to open or find opened TIA Portal project and load its important parts to my structure – ProjectBlocks structure. Application can also find some errors described in Chapter 2.

Real-time simulation of physics on mobile devices
Mocný, Ondřej ; Sýkora, Ondřej (advisor) ; Dvořák, Tomáš (referee)
In the presented work I discuss possible options of implementing a physical simulation that can be run on today's mobile phones. I describe several approaches from which I choose one and discuss it in more depth. Next, I talk about general methods of optimizing programs targeted to mobile phones and how they apply to the implemented physical simulation. Finally, I show a very simple game which demonstrates the power of the simulator and it's usability in praxis.
Production rules for the project Pogamut 2
Štolba, Michal ; Brom, Cyril (advisor) ; Sýkora, Ondřej (referee)
The project Pogamut 2 provides a possibility of fast prototyping of agent behaviours in a complex envirorment of the Unreal Tournament 2004 computer game. A fuzzy rule based system was introduced to be used beside the POSH rule based system, which was already a part of the project. Aiming to find out how exactly is it possible to add such system and what possibilities or complications it brings, this thesis presents the theoretical presumptions, their application, a design of an architecture, it's partial implementation and an example of agent controlled by the implemented fuzzy system. The agent's functionality was proved by several experiments. This thesis should also be a basement for furher work, such as full implementation of presented architecture, adding an user interface integrated within Pogamut IDE, and for wider possibilities of experimenting with the fuzzy agents.
