Family Trees Making from Parish Records
Tušimová, Lucia ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work discusses the field of genealogy, different types of records and data in them. The thesis describes the topic of comparison of data and record linkage. It further it also discusses the design and implementation of the resulting system. The developed system connects people from parish records to larger pedigrees. These are then stored in the form of a graph database. The success of the interconnection of records was tested on the provided data sets.
Overview of Actual Approaches to Classifications
Brezánský, Tomáš ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with an overview of current approaches to classifications. It describes various approaches to classifications and their algorithms, focuses on neural networks, Bayesian classifiers and decision trees. The main task of this work is to perform experiments with three classification algorithms, namely, the ID3 algorithm, the RCE neural network and the naive Bayesian classifier. The work contains experiments with given algorithms and evaluates the obtained results.
Support for Searching in Parish Books
Konetzný, Jakub ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design and implement a web application for support for searching in parish book. The created application allows the user to upload his GEDCOM file from the missing events in this file to automatically create records to which he assigns parish book where the event could be located. The created solution allows you to write notes for individual records and parish book.
Hexapod Robot Movement Control
Žák, Marek ; Luža, Radim (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis discusses walking robots issues, their classification, management and construction. There are listed the most famous motion algorithms and their graphical representation. Examples of existing walking robots are also mentioned in this thesis. There are also described modifications of hexapod robot, its hardware and software. The robot is controlled through graphical user interface, which displays data from all sensors, visualises positions of all legs and allows the creation of user defined gaits and its simulations.
Automatic Cryptocurrencies Trading
Vorobiev, Nikolaj ; Hrubý, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the trading in the cryptocurrency market. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the principles of trading, technical analysis, trading systems and recurrent neural networks. After conducting a search of brokers, Binance is chosen as a trading broker and real-time data provider; CryptoDataDownload is chosen as a historical data provider. After getting acquainted with the technologies used, elements of information trading systems are designed, enabling communication with remote servers and with each other, for the purpose of trading, obtaining and concurrent processing of user's, historical or real-time data. The resulting systems should provide to the user manual, semi-automatic (according to the plan) or automatic (according to the decisions of recurrent neural network, learned on historical data) trading and ability to respond to a change in the market. Furthermore, the thesis moves to the practical level, including implementation and experiments on created systems. In the final part of the thesis, the results are evaluated and the possibilities for improvement and expansion are described.
Web Application for Takeways in Times of Covid19 Quarantine
Žák, David ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a web application enabling management of offers and orders for businesses affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The application is implemented using Vue.js, PHP and MySQL. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on current possibilities of web application development and technologies used in this thesis. The practical part describes the designing process, implementation and testing of the application. The resulting application allows customers to browse through offers and to place an order. Additionally, for individual business it provides an option of managing their offer, orders and settings through the administration.
Project Documentation from Engineering Base
Domanský, Martin ; Svoboda, Pavel (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with creation of documentation for electro-technical projects based on the Engineering Base tool. It cintains the new access how to obtain data from the Engineering Base database and describes how it is used. The practical aim was to develop an application that should serve as the basis for the commercial use of this functionality. The application was implemented using the .NET Framework and EB API for Engineering Base version 6.5.2. The work also describes testing of the basic application, while the outcome of the testing provides suggestions for possible extensions. These suggestions can be used for further development and solving various restrictions.
Testing of Indicators for Technical Analysis in Stock Market Trading
Kaděra, Miroslav ; Hrubý, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is testing of indicators for technical analysis, done from the point of view of their suitability for automatic stock market trading systems. The thesis tests behaviour of simple moving average, exponential moving average and the RSI indicator. A simple automatic trading system was made for each indicator. Profitability of the system was tested for various parameters of the used indicator. The testing was realized using real historical data of more than ten years historical period. The results show that profitability of the system can be increased by tens of percent. Even though for stable profitable trading the trader should work out a lot of other rules than just indicator parameters.
RSS Reader for iOS
Bogdanchikov, Iaroslav ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a mobile application for iOS operating system for easy following, reading and storing/archiving of stories from news sites and blogs accessed through web feeds in RSS format. The application is implemented in Swift programming language. Apple's Core Data application framework was used for data persistence. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the RSS format and principles of programming an application for iOS operating system. The practical part contains description of design, implementation and testing of the application. The resulting application provides user with a simple instrument to work with RSS channels and stories, and by following the Apple Human Interface Guidelines the application fits naturally in iOS ecosystem.
Camera Based Object Tracking
Psota, Michal ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work focuses on theoretical description, proposal and implementation of a program for coloured object tracking by a robot. Picture processing uses wrapper of OpenCV library - EmguCV. The application communicates with the robot and guides it to track a specified coloured object. The program is implemented in C# language.
