Quality in Strategic Management in Companies and Organizations
Růžička, Jiří ; Nenadál, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kotovicová, Jana (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
This work deals with the status of quality in strategic management of organizations in industry, services, small and medium-sized enterprises, public organizations and administration. It reflects the development in the Czech Republic in the last 25 years in terms of quality. It concerns establishment processes contained in the Blue Guide and the NLF in the Czech Republic, including some instruments such as certification, accreditation and conformity assessment. The second area of the work deals with the National Quality Policy in the Czech Republic, defined by the Council of quality of the Czech Republic. The main objective is the realization of research and determination / verification, whether the strategic management of organizations polled is used and in what way. What modern management concepts do these organizations use and how are their strategies contained in the individual quality requirements. The results were compared with results of similar research carried out not only in the Czech Republic in the past years, so it would be possible to confirm the trends I´ve observed. The results will be used as a guidance for Czech organizations in respect of the aforementioned topics.
9DOF sensor for weapon orientation measurement
Růžička, Jiří ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Šedivá, Soňa (advisor)
This thesis deals with multi-axis position sensors, their nature and individual parts and types of these sensors. It is outlined their historical origin and the most used modern types, such as micro-electro-mechanical sensors. Further, the properties of these sensors, error sources and their compensation are discussed. Output data formats are also discussed here, such as Euler angles, their calculation and applications. The selected sensor is implemented in the simulator electronics, and the graphical application demonstrates its functions.
Family house Rb -3

The project is design a house with a small establishment. The project includes the layout and the design of the house. The house has three floors with an attic and one basement floor. It is designed as a stand-alone. The first floor of the establishment of the background and the main entrance to the house. The rest of the house is designed for family living. This part is a utility room, basement and garage in the basement. Living room with household equipment is then in the upper part of the house. The house is run by two separate entrances with wheelchair access to the premises and the entrance to the garage in the basement. The house is designed as a brick building of brick masonry Porotherm in modular size 250 (125) mm with ceramic ceilings MIAKO a cylinder. Roofed by a gabled roof. The house is located on a private plot of 1200 m2 with built up area of 120 m2. The land is gently sloping.

Reflection and Reconstruction of Critical Theory of Sport
Ondráček, Vojtěch ; Hauser, Michael (advisor) ; Růžička, Jiří (referee) ; Numerato, Dino (referee)
This thesis presents the critical theory of sport that emerged in the 1960s in France. It is based on an analysis of the texts of the main representative of this project, Jean-Marie Brohm, from 1964-1978. It analyzes its basic concepts, theoretical background, sources, methodology and political activism. Critical theory of sport is explained as a specific kind of political theory of sport that applies Marxist and psychoanalytic concepts, resulting in a completely original approach to the study of sport. The thesis makes the categorization of this theory by dividing it into political, economic and ideological critiques. Sport is conceived in this theoretical perspective as a repressive tool of the ruling class, which enables its power reproduction and manipulation of the masses. The inner dynamics of sport depend on the logic of capital and the exploitation, alienation and mechanization of athletes. Next object of analysis is also the ideology of sport and its functions. The thesis also includes a presentation of the historical genesis of the critical theory of sport in the context of the events of May '68, which became a defining moment not only for its emergence, but also for its later development, which the thesis also reflects and explains in a broader context. Emphasis is placed on the...
Comparison turntable and stubble plough in light of qualities effected stubble ploughed under and gas consumption.
RŮŽIČKA, Jiří
This thesis concentrates in problematics of stubble ploughed under and comparission disk and skive stubble plough. First part contains the summary of theoretical knowledge of soil and its elaboration, as well as the knowledge of farm machinery and specific division of stubble ploughs by its working organs. Follows by the summary of the most used and sold stubble ploughs in Czech Republic within its detailed description. Second part constitutes confrontation of skive stubble plough and turntable stubble plough in conditions of company Agro Malinová. In the field experiment have been discovered these measurements: defray postharvest rests, worked profile, cloddishness, penetrometer resistency, gas consumption and soil humidity.
Oxytocin and Social Behavior in Laboratory Rodents
Aruťuňanová, Patricie ; Svoboda, Jan (advisor) ; Růžička, Jiří (referee)
Oxytocin is a neuropeptide hormone that is primarily known for its neuromodulatory effects on the female reproductive system. It evolved together with vasopressin from vasotocin and is synthesized in the hypothalamus, specifically in the supraoptic and paraventricular nuclei from where it travels through the neurohypophysis into the bloodstream. Its peripheral effects cover a whole range of physiological processes, from inducing labor to easing anxieties. The oxytocin receptor is a G-protein coupled receptor whose agonists and antagonists are abundantly used in obstetrics. Recently, this hormone has been associated with social behavior, for instance, there have been shown its effects on agonistic behavior in laboratory rodents. In these species, it is responsible for the right course of copulation, just as it stimulates parental behavior in them. It also has a positive influence on their social memory. Oxytocin is a promising drug for neuropsychiatric diseases with social deficits.
Genetic knockout of CS4 sulfation of perineuronal nets as a source of juvenile like plasticity in processes of memory and learning
Gmiterková, Lenka ; Růžička, Jiří (advisor) ; Telenský, Petr (referee)
Extracellular matrix affects the functioning of the brain. Among others, learning and memory can be affected by the changes in the composition and properties of the extracellular matrix. Different sulfation patterns on the chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans, one of the extracellular matrix components, can either enhance or reduce synaptic plasticity and neuronal growth. This leads to the changes in the formation of memory. In my thesis I defined the role of 4-O-sulfation of the chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans in the learning and memory in the young and early adult animals. To do so I used Chondroitin sulfotransferase 11 knockout mice strain, which has decreased amount of 4-O-sulfation. I tested their long-term, short-term, and working memory using behavioural tests. I also monitored the morphological changes in the perineuronal nets and changes in the number of synapses using immunohistochemical methods and confocal microscopy.
