Social favours and other liberalities in Czech private law

This thesis is focused on voluntary acts of generosity that do not give rise to any mutual obligation (liberalities), but which are, however, often very similar to it. This thesis first concentrates on the concept of liberalities in the existing literature and case law. The results from this search show that liberalities have not been given much attention so far and that even basic conceptual issues, such as relationship between liberalities and main institutes of private law (juridical acts, contracts, obligations), have not been properly resolved. According to some concepts, liberalities are acts of low pecuniary value and have no legal consequences (and hence no legal significance), while, according to other concepts, liberalities may have high pecuniary value and legal significance. According to some concepts, the expressed intention of the acting person and its perception by the addressee is decisive to distinguish liberalities from obligations (or juridical acts), while, according to other concepts, the objective circumstances in which the persons act are decisive. This thesis focuses on the establishment of a small business in which financial and mortgage specialist’s work. The main objective of this thesis is, based on the current situation on the financial consultancy market, an analysis of the external environment and a research in establishing and developing a company, to draw up a proposal, using the PERT method, for a procedure for establishing a small business for the financial and credit specialists, such that it is viable and competitive.

This diploma thesis focuses on the motivation and stimulation of workers in the specific transport company. It states who is responsible for the proper motivation of employees and simultaneously compares the theoretical knowledge of the facts. Further work includes design of an incentive system, tailor the company. Information for this system I get from a questionnaire survey.
Selection of investment options using the methods of decision theory

The diploma thesis deals with financial planning using the multi-criteria methods for evaluation of alternatives. The theoretical part of this work includes basic phrases of multicriteria decision making, there are concretely described the methods with the cardinal information and methods of calculation of the criteria weights. There are also exactly written the procedures how to realize mortgage loans. The reader is informed with problems of target programming and basic financial and insurance patterns. The core of this thesis is chapter four. The beginning of the fourth chapter is focused on the selection of appropriate criteria and the assignment of their weights. Most calculations are made with help of the Sanna MS Excel add-in application. Finally the author formed the financial portfolio by using software Lingo. There are established two investment options and these options are compared. The main objective of this thesis is to compare which of these two chosen options is more profitable in the long run.
Project planning: Professional growth in a multilevel society

This bachelor thesis is divided into two major parts. History, basic notions and theoretical procedures for project management are described in the first part. One chapter also deals with basic functions of computer programme Microsoft Office Project 2007. With use of this programme is created a project in the second part of the bachelor work. The most important methods depicting in theoretical part are also used in the project. The result of practical part is well -- arranged organization of businessman activities, whose main effort is to achieve high position in a company. Each of businessman activities has fixed time, its predecessor also its source, that belongs to given activity. Therefore, time analysis, cost analysis and analysis of resource analysis are well measurable. We come to the conclusion that this project can be applied in practise, although it's simplified for the bachelor purposes.
