Nursing care about patient with uterine prolapse

This work deals with the nursing care about a patient related to uterine prolapse. The theoretical part provides information on anathomy and physiology of female reproduction organs, it summarises possible solutions of the problem of uterine prolapse and it briefly describes possible surgery. The clinical part presents a case report of a patient who underwent vaginal hysterectomy. The nursing process is based on the model by M. Gordon. A special attention is paid to the patient's mental state.

Nursing care of the patient with imminent preterm labor

Cílem předložené práce je zpracování případové studie ošetřovatelské péče u pacientky s hrozícím předčasným porodem, která byla hospitalizovaná na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení. Pacientka souhlasila s nahlížením do zdravotnické dokumentace a s použitím jejích osobních údajů pro zpracování bakalářské práce. Práce je rozdělena na část klinickou a ošetřovatelskou. V klinické části je popsána anatomie zevních a vnitřních ženských pohlavních orgánů, fyziologický průběh těhotenství, prenatální péče včetně prováděných vyšetření a fyziologický porod. V další části je popsán předčasný porod, jeho příčiny, diagnostika, terapie a způsob vedení předčasného porodu. Součástí klinické části jsou základní údaje o pacientce. Údaje o anamnéze, diagnostických vyšetřeních, průběhu hospitalizace a terapeutických postupech byly získány z těhotenské průkazky a ze zdravotnické dokumentace. V ošetřovatelské části je u pacientky s hrozícím předčasným porodem popsán ošetřovatelský proces za použití modelu funkčního zdraví dle Marjory Gordon. Ošetřovatelská anamnéza byla sestavena na základě studia zdravotnické dokumentace, rozhovoru a pozorování pacientky. Analýzou získaných dat byly stanoveny aktuální a potencionální diagnózy a byl sestaven krátkodobý plán péče ke 2. dni hospitalizace. Dále byl stanoven dlouhodobý plán,...

The ways how to lead a delivery and care during puerperium in relation to prevention of postpartum incontinence

Urinary incontinence is defined as the involuntary loss of urine that is objectively demonstrable. It is an increasingly prevalent problem as the ageing population expands. It is a severe social and hygienic problem. In the end of the 20th century, the specialists have started addict to questions if pregnancy and labour are related to increase incidence of urinary incontinence. There are no signifiant studies which can evidently confirm consequences of pregnancy and labour to rise of urinary incontinence. One of the mechanizm how to prepare body for labour, during pregnancy, is increasing of an elastic component part of pelvic floor. Unfortunately exactly the same mechanizm support occurance of urinary incontinence. Very important condition which is participant in incidence of postpartum incontinence is vaginal delivery. So we can see an increasing interest in describing mechanizm of traumatism pelvic floor during labour and interest in finding the ways of the optimal managment of labour to reduce harm effect on pelvic floor. Studies reveals that the more incidence of inzult of pelvic floor and anal sfincter is occured after an instrumental labour. Episiotomy is one of the most provided labours operations. This bachelor thesis is concerned with the impact of the mobile internet development on the eTourism industry. At first it introduces the information and communications technology as a major influence on the development of the tourism industry and emphasizes the internet network. The thesis continues with the analysis of the mobile internet and the trends of his further development. Finally the thesis analyses its impact on eTourism and introduces prospective technologies for future eTourism.
