The design of table belt sander
Šimčík, Jaroslav ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
Jaroslav Simcik The design of table belt sander BP, Institute of production machines, systems and robotíce, 2008, p. 41, fig.19, appendices 15 This bachelor´s thesis belongs in the domain of wood-working engineering with a direction on a construction of a belt sander. The surface speed of a abrasive belt has to be 11 metre per second.
Construction of rolling machine of steel sections
Křivohlávek, Pavel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Matějka, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design steel beams bending machine. In the introduction, is characterized by a bending machine and carried out research costs, including factory-produced manufacturers. Followed by a proposal of alternative solutions, evaluating them and selecting the most appropriate conception. The next section is described in detail the proposed model, including stress analysis of loaded parts. The thesis also examined the safety of a forming machine, prepared an analysis of possible defects and their consequences in the design. Finally, it created the design documentation on the proposed machine made pricing and maintenance described rolling machine.
Design of flying rotary shears
Tulis, Tomáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design flying rotary shears for metal cutting at high speed. The shears are a part of a rolling mill where they are used to cut faces and ends of the simple sections, i.e. rounds or squares. In case of the malfunction of the rolling mill, the shears can be used for scrapping the simple sections. A technical report with function destription of the machine as well as machine design according to specified parameters and control calculations are an integral part of the thesis. The required design documentation is included.
Automatická výměna velkých obrobků u obráběcích center
Pomikálek, Adam ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis describes an automatic workpiece replacement at the machining centres. The description is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with clamping and positioning of the technological pallets and workpieces. The second chapter is focused on determination of position of workpieces and on manipulation between the machine and container with assistance of manipulators. In the third part, the thesis aims on containers of the technological pallets and their use in the process of automatic workpiece replacement.
Modular linear axis
Chlapečka, Tomáš ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This thesis contains a structural design of linear axis with a stroke up to 800mm and a maximum load of 800N. The thesis also deals with a modular assembly system of the linear axis based on the structural design. Linear axes can be fitted with rolled, whirled and grinded ball screws with thread pitch 5, 10, 16mm and rolled trapezoidal screws on pitch 4 and 8mm. The stroke of the linear axes can be selected in the range from 200 up to 800 mm, with a maximum load of 800N in all linear dimensions. The feed of linear axis is provided by shaped rolling guide way and four trucks. The modular system offers two servo motors with direct and indirect measuring four stepper engines with indirect measuring. The thesis also includes strength and functional calculations of principal components, graphs of the possible load on linear axis in different positions , durability of the ball screws, maximum speed and feed rate of the chosen screws, data sheet, 3D model, drawings and assembly drawings of the nodes.
Design of grinder for sharpening of knives woodworking machinery
Musil, Tomáš ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a manual sander for sharpening planing knives. The grinder is designed to be laid and attached to the work table, chip removal is done by tilting the engine, feed the tool to the grinding wheel, and using the guide wire in the grinding direction. Attachment drawings can be found in the assembly with two sub-assemblies and two production drawings.
Design of chain tool magazine
Mucha, Roman ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the Master´s thesis is to design a chain tool magazine for a heavy duty machining centre for the non-rotational parts production. The Master’s thesis is ordered by TOS KURIM - OS, a.s. Company. The first part contains the analysis of the solved problems with the overview on the automatic tool changers, and the next part of the thesis deals with the proposal of options. Design of the chosen solution of the chain tool magazine is made in the next step, including sizing of the main parts. The 3D model of the chain tool magazine and drawings are included.
Modeling the heat propagation in the linear axis with a ball screw and servodrive
Malásek, Michal ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a heat propagation model for a linear axis with a ball screw and a servodrive. Many heat sources can be found on the axis, which mainly include the motor, bearings, etc. The aim of the research part, is to approach the issue of heat loss and propagation. Subsequently, a 3D model of the entire axis assembly is created. The result of the work is to analyze the sources of losses for the selected work cycle. The next step is to simulate the temperature distribution in selected operating cycles on the created 3D model of the axis.
Mobile devices for movement in dangerous environment
Bartušek, Jakub ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of mobile robot for movement in dangerous environment. The first part of this thesis pays attention on area of mobile robot construction, different types of suitable sensors, motion planning algorithms and robot control. Second part is about construction and design of the robot. Motion planning algorithms are used for this robot and tested in enviroment.
Design of a dedicated manipulator
Chmela, Martin ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
