Examples of drive control with frequency convertor Sinamics S120
Novák, Michal ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
In this thesis is described a laboratory process of example of traction control with frequency converter SINAMICS S120. The focus of this thesis is divided into three parts. Modification of the traction to translational motion for transport of the open vessel with liquid. Proposal of the autonomous operation of the traction without connection to other devices such as a personal computer or PLC, including wiring diagram. The simulation of a dynamic movement for transport of the vessel with liquid in the simulation environment MATLAB and implementation using the proposed laboratory traction. Commissioning and activation of each control functions is described step by step.
Analysis of Municipal Solid Waste Composition
Novák, Michal ; Kropáč, Jiří (referee) ; Šomplák, Radovan (advisor)
This diploma thesis provides extensive research of municipal solid waste studies and methodologies from all over the world. Firstly, the studies are described in general and then divided into several groups depending on the principle of their working practices, including their advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, the studies are divided by geographic areas. The results of the individual studies are presented and compared. Based on the findings in the thesis, appropriate methodology for municipal solid waste analysis in the Czech Republic is proposed.
Low-grade heat recovery in industrial processes
Novák, Michal ; Gal, Pavel (referee) ; Havlásek, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the waste heat recovery options from industrial processes. The first part is the theoretical introduction into the problematics of the heat transfer. In the next part the most common waste heat sources are presented. The third part summarizes the methods for waste heat recovery. The last, practical part presents the implementation of the waste heat recovery system into the real operation.
Apartment building
Mikudík, Patrik ; Novák, Michal (referee) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The goal of the bachelor´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a newbuilt apartment building in Považská Bystrica. The apartment building is designed as a six-storey partly basement building. In the above ground floors there are spaces for rent, cellars and 48 apartments, in the basement there is a technical background of the building and a collective garage with 20 parking spots. The vertical construction system consist of reinforced concrete perimeter walls and internal reinforced concrete columns in combination with an internal load-bearing core. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete floor slabs. The roofing of the building is designed as a flat one-layer roof, in place of the terraces it is a green flat roof. The bachelor´s thesis contains project documentation for the construction.

Evaluation of the Qualitative Benefits of the Development Project Co-financed by the EU
Pšenička, Martin ; Novák, Michal (referee) ; Kocmanová, Alena (advisor)
The first part of my work focuses on the theoretical description of EU regional policy, its evolution and the description and the objectives of the different programming periods. In this part of the work is also described which EU funds are being used for co-financing of different goals. Furthermore I define all operational programs which can be used to draw funds to provide grants. These information are necessarry to choose the right operational program to use. For the particular project co-financed from the European Union, I present an economic analysis of the project and a questionnaire survey which I use to do a qualitative assessment of the project and its help for the development of the region.
