Title: Case report of a patient with a TEP left syndrome diagnosis Objective: The aim of this bachelor thesis is focused on the processing of case reports of the patient after TEP of the left knee joint during the continuous professional practice and the introduction of the theoretical background of the diagnosis of TEP implantation of the knee joint. Abstract: This bachelor thesis was performed as a case study during the period of 15. 1. to 9. 2. 2018. This artickle is divided into a general part and a special part. The general part is focused on anatomy, kinesiology and knee joint biomechanics. Further, the general issue of gonarthrosis and indications for the implantation of total knee joint endoprosthesis, its types, indications and contraindications and possible complications are elaborated. In a special section, there is processed the patient's case report. There is listed analysis, suggestions for therapy with a rehabilitation plan. In conclusion, a special part of this bachelor's thesis is an outcomes analysis of the patient and evaluation of the whole therapy. CASE STUDY OF PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT OF A PATIENT AFTER STROKE Objectives: Theoretical analysis of after stroke anamnesis and elaboration of physiotherapy procedures. Methods: This bachelor thesis was done with the patient's consent within practice at Regional hospital Kladno at the Rehabilitation Department from January 6th to January 31st 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and special part. The theoretical part includes basic characteristics of the illness, ethiopathogenesis, incidence, diagnostics, treatment and options of physiotherapy methods. The special part contains the after stroke patient's case concept, processes and the effects of his therapy. Results: Patient's condition, daily activities, movements, spatial orientation, muscular strength and physical condition have improved after the therapy. Author: Jan Novák Title of thesis: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of the patient with a diagnosis of spastic paraparesis as a result of intradural meningioma Objective: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate theoretical knowledge about a spastic paraparesis as a result of intradural meningioma. The theoretical knowledges and findings were used as a base for creating proper physioterapeutical treatment for patients with diagnosis mentioned above. Methods: The thesis is devided into two parts, the theoretical part is aimed to spinal and spinal cord anatomy, its physiology and patophysiology. Moreover information about spinal cord tumors, their symptomatology, diagnostics and treatment are included. The practical part contains the case study of patient and includes in kinesiological analysis, detailed description of all the therapeutic units, out kinesiological analysis and the conclusion. This part gains its practical findings from specialized experience at rehabilitation department in Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady in period from 21st January to 15th February, 2019. Author: Petr Pilný Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after lateral patellar disclocation Aim: Aim of this bachelor's thesis was to write up a report on a patient after latelar disclocation of the patella, summarizing theoretical knowledge, devising proper treatment, observing patient over the course of treatment and rating it's efectivness. Methods: This bachelor's thesis consists of two parts, a general part and a special part. The general part summarizes theoretical knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanice of the knee joint. It also includes examinations of the knee joint and subsequent therapy. The special part consists of the case study of a patient after Madigan surgery and knee arthroscopy, course of treatment and evaluating it's effect. Results: Due to the therapy, the patient's medical state improved, the effect of the therapy is particularly recognizable in walking stereotype, in which the patient almost completely eliminated any formed pathologies and ceased using all walking aid, and in the range of movement of patient's knee joint. Therapy is considered successful. Conclusion: All of the set goals were accomplished during the therapy and the therapy's successfulness therefore proved efficiency of the used methods. Prevalence of hypermobility and its potential impact on ice hockey players injuries

Thesis title: Prevalence of hypermobility and its potential impact on ice hockey players injuries. Objectives: The primary goal of this thesis is to outline joint hypermobility based on available literature sources. Focus is on ice hockey players due to reason ice hockey is muscle and contact based sport. Secondary goal is to chart hypermobility presence on ice hockey players and detect possible connection between hypermobility and their previous musculoskeletal system injuries. There will be training improvement suggestions set according to analytical study results. Methods: Theoretical part is based on foreign literature and researches. Practical part quantitative analysis monitors selected joints injury frequency and is focused on joint hypermobility presence in selected junior professional male hockey players, 16 to 19 years old. Information regarding injuries where gathered by questionnaire and joint hypermobility test was set by test battery created for this research using clinical physical tests by Janda, by Sachse, and by Hospital del Mar criteria. Results were analyzed in Microsoft Excel 2010. Hypermobility and injured segments matches were further analyzed.
