Aversion of the consumer to loss
Navrátil, Radek ; Katrňáková, Eliška (referee) ; Škapa, Stanislav (advisor)
The content of this thesis is an analysis of the consumer ´s behaviour, his attitude to the risk/loss, how he prevents the risk of this loss, which instruments and methods might be used to reduce the loss in certain areas that are related with the consumer´s behavior. Two types of familes and three different life situations were chosen to apply the particular methods and instruments. The outcome of the thesis is a suggestion of the process that would lead to reduction of the risk of loss in given life situations in these two model familes.
Air conditioning design in multifunctional sports hall
Navrátil, Radek ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Blasinski, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of air-conditioning equipment in the building of a multifunctional hall in Brno and also includes an experimental analysis of air flow. It consists of 3 parts. In the first part a theory of air distribution is elaborated. The second part deals with the analysis of air flow for different types of air diffusers and for one diffuser further looks for a simplified model. The last part of this work is focused on the design of air conditioning equipment in the assigned building, the multifunctional sports hall.

Detached house
Navrátil, Radek ; Struhala, Karel (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on a design for new-building of family house with an establishment of travel agency. The new building is placed in a cadastral area of the town Prostějov. The building is with two floors, without a basement and is designed for living of four persons with small travel agency, equipped with necessary accessories. Exterior walls are designed in the Ytong system and partly from a concrete blocks. Walls are insulated by contact thermal insulation. A ceiling strcuture is designed as a reinforced concrete slab. Building has a saddle roof. The bachelor thesis is formed as a project documentation.

Evaluation of activity potentional antimicrobial substances through the use of microdilution broth method
Navrátil, Radek ; Vejsová, Marcela (advisor) ; Konečná, Klára (referee)
Mgr. Radek Navrátil Evaluation of activity potentional antimicrobial substances through the use of microdilution broth method Rigorous thesis Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové The aim of this thesis was to asses the antibacterial and antifungal activity of 49 substances prepared at the Department of organic and Inorganic chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University. According to their structural characteristics the substances were divided into six groups and tested through the microdilution broth method at eight strains of bacteria and eight strains of pathogenic fungi. The highest antibacterial activity was observed at the derivatives of 3-phenyl- 2H-1,3-benzoxazine-2,4(3H)-dithione against Staphylococcus aureus. The highest antifungal activity was shown by the derivatives of N-benzylsalicylthioamide against Absidia corymbifera. None of the tested substances presented efficiency against gramnegative bacteria. The replacement of the oxo group by thioxo group in molecule of 3-phenyl-4- thioxo-3,4-2H-1,3-benzoxazine-2-one led to a reduction of activity with exclusion at S. aureus. The replacement of hydrogen by halogene in molecule of 1,3-benzoxazine led to an improvement of activity. Further testing needs to be carried out to acquire definite results.
Evaluation of ktivity of potentional antifungal substances through the use of microdilution broth method.

Radek Navrátil Evaluation of activity of potentional antifungal substances through the use of microdilution broth method. Diploma thesis Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Pharmacy The aim of this thesis was to assess the antifungal activity of substances prepared at the Department of pharmaceutical chemistry and drug control, Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University in Hradec Králové. Substances were tested through use of microdilution broth method at eight strains of pathogenic fungi: Candida albicans, C. tropicalis, C. krusei, C. glabrata, Trichosporon beigelii, Aspergillus fumigatus and Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Substances were divided into nine groups according to their common structural characteristics. The most effective were the derivates of 2-[(1-heteroarylethyliden) hydrazon]-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one with the lowest values of MIC. Derivates of 5,6- diazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile presented no activity. The rate of susceptibility for each tested strain was evaluated. The most susceptible were the Candida albicans and Trichophyton mentagrophytes strains. On the contrary, Aspergillus fumigatus and Candida tropicalis were presented as the most resistant. Chlorine substitution of pyrazine presented a slight increase of antifungal activity. It is necessary to carry...
