On the plat is designed a housing complex with family houses. Labelled area is placed on the Pastviny street in city district Komín in Brno. The area is from the west and south closed with group of row houses, on the north is group of stand alone family houses. Eastern part with high slope is used as public space with playground, dog park and relaxing arbor on the top of the hill. The path headed through the public space is connected with current tree alley. Along the path is placed outdoor fitness equipment.
Characterization of humic substances isolated from natural waste treated by vermicomposting process
Marková, Kamila ; Doskočil, Leoš (referee) ; Enev, Vojtěch (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the study of humic substances isolated from vermicompost natural waste through spectrometric methods. The aim of this thesis is to study physicochemical properties of the humic substances through modern instrumental techniques such as molecular absorption spectroscopy in the ultraviolet and visible regions of electromagnetic radiation (UV/Vis), infrared spectroscopy with Fourier transformationn (FTIR), elemental analysis (EA), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and inductively coupled plasma emission (ICP OES). A research focused on basic information about the humic substances was developed in the theoretical part. A description about their distribution or structure was made and also their utilization in medicine, industry or ecology. Then, methods, which are used for study of the humic substances, were described as well. An essential part of the thesis was isolation of humic and fulvic acid from the vermicompost natural waste. Absorption coefficients were calculated from the measured UV/VIS spectrum which served to following characterization of HK and FK. FTIR spectrum was used to determination of functional groups of studied HL. An area of biogenic elements was specified using the elementary analysis. Total amount of studied trace elements was determined with with the help of ICP-OES.
Intenzive City House

The theme of my disseration is an architecture study of multifunctional building which is surrounded by the streets Křenová, Rumiště, Mlýnská a Štěpánská. The main aim of the work is to create structure wich would offer different functions. These would fill the missing services and offer new opportunities. The result of my design is the construction which is characterized by its public terraces placed on top of the covered parking lots on the first floor. The whole complex is formed by three connected blocks. One of the important parts of the design is to uncover river Ponávka. That would make this area more attractive. The building has 2 underground floors and up to 6 floors. In the first two stories there are different public services - shops, café, restaurant, kindergarten, fitness, art gallery and other. In the third and fourth floor there are offices and apartements. Fifth and six floor are just for living. The construction of the building is from monolithic reinforced concrete frame, horizontal structure consists of beamless slabs.

Title: Evaluation of hypermobility in school-age children corresponding to a high level of evidence - literature research Objectives: This diploma thesis is focused on a summary of currently used methods corresponding to a high level of evidence for the diagnosis of joint hypermobility in school-age children. It aims to evaluate the most commonly used methods and procedures that a physiotherapist can use and find out what are the most common limits and problems we may encounter during the examination of joint hypermobility in paediatric patients. Methods: This work is processed in the form of a literature search. It is divided into two parts. The first part of the diploma thesis summarizes the issue of joint hypermobility in general and the specifics of joint hypermobility in the paediatric population. The physiotherapeutic methods, that are used to assess and diagnose joint hypermobility are also described in detail. The second part consists of tables with an overview of research results and the concludes with a discussion of the results concerning the evaluation of the use of individual diagnostic methods with respect to future research. Results: The number of available clinical trials, which would allow us to evaluate which one of the methods, corresponding to a high level of evidence, is the...
The case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after lesion and reinsertion of ACL

Title of thesis: The case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after lesion and reinsertion of ACL Autor: Kamila Marková Head of the thesis: Mgr. Michaela Stupková Year of defense: 2019 Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about the knee joint, its anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and traumatology, focusing on the anterior cruciate ligament. Then to introduce the possibilities of treatment of its rupture and physiotherapeutic care after surgery. The goal of the practical part is to propose the therapeutically plan for patient with this diagnosis, monitoring and evaluating the effect of the therapy. Method: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is concerned with theoretical knowledge about the knee joint. The second part contains entry and leaving examination of a patient and a description of therapeutic units. This part was created during bachelor practice in the hospital in Kladno. Results: Since the condition of the patient has significantly improved during the therapies, I conclude that the physiotherapeutic methods were effective. Key words: Case study knee joint, physiotherapy, anterior cruciate ligament, ACL, lesion of ACL, reinsertion
COLLOCABILITY OF PARTITIVE NOUNS IN ENGLISH
MARKOVÁ, Kamila
The aim of this thesis is to provide a description of the tendencies in collocations formed by a partitive and an uncountable noun. Specifically, it focuses on the analysis of the uncountable nouns and their semantic features leading to a consequent determination of their unifying characteristics in order to state the restrictions on the collocability of given partitives. The theoretical part determines the criteria of collocability, focusing especially on features such as selection and co-occurrence preferences. The latter is examined in the practical part which analyses results based on research in the British National Corpus. Apart from the frequency of given expressions, it aims to describe through componential analysis the semantic domains the partitive noun tends to collocate with in order to determine the principles of collocability of the given partitive construction.
