TITLE: Unified visual identity of schools AUTHOR: Martin Hejna DEPARTMENT: Information technology and education SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Stanislav Lustig ABSTRACT: Bachelor thesis "Unified visual identity of schools" deals with a visual presentation of elementary and secondary schools. Theoretical part explains a subject of the unified visual identity of schools and describes fundamental parts and phases of the creation. This section is written in the way it can serve as a manual for a right creation of the unified visual identity. On top of that, current situation of schools in this regard is thoroughly described and compared with international peers. Empiric part examines the existence of the unified visual identity at elementary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic, the extent of a use, knowledge of this topic and potential problems with its creation. Research investigation includes 7 individual deep-dive with directorate of elementary and secondary schools. Analysis of graphics editors

TITLE: Analysis of graphics editors ABSTRACT: The aim of the diploma work is to compare and evaluate mainly free raster and vector editors and viewers (photo file managers) which could be used at the environment of primary and secondary schools. In the opening part of the work there are briefly mentioned real possibilities of using graphics applications at schools. Separate analyses of all programmes are described in following parts. The analyses deal with features of the programmes, hardware requirements and usability. The comparisons should offer enough general information for choosing the correct software. The important part of the work is the research and it's three questionnaire investigations. Their results demonstrate real usage of graphic software among informants from all of the Czech Republic. Lisure time activities for children and teenagers in the village of Dřevčice (Information video)

The goal of this thesis is to produce a video and a presentation outlining possibilities for leisure-time activities for children and adolescents in Drevcice. As part of the thesis, a draft and a shooting script were created, and then the video was shot based on the script Pinnacle Studio Ultimate version 14 and Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, respectively, were used for this. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with Pinnacle Studio, its development, especially in comparison to other selected editing programs, such as Adobe Premiere and Nero Video. Furthermore, the thesis compares visual presentation techniques witha view to creating PowerPoint presentations. The final part of the thesis describes the practical application of both the video and presentation created.

This part explores electronical materials of schools which can be a part of Corporate Identity and compares them with commercial entities. Another benefit is the draft of minimum graphic design manual for practical use in the school environment.

Children and their safety

My Bachelor thesis was filmed for precautionary measures information sketches. These short movies named " children and their safety" . That contains playing scene with various situation from their child hood . The sketch was filmed by theme and technically skript. I used edition program named Pinacle Studio. Theoretic part Bachelor work set the target tuitionary scatches which is focused children and thein interactive education. Next part is about preparation and work with camcorder as well as accessories for filming. I focused in the end to apply scatches in prectice, piece of knoledge and gain experience process of filming.
