Oral hygiene care for ventilated patients. What is the influence on microbiome of respiratory tract?

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of oral hygiene care on the microbial colonization of respiratory tract of the patients with secured airways. The aim was to find out whether the microbial population of the respiratory tract will change after the introduction of a new procedure in oral hygiene care. The assessment was based on the examination of aspirates taken from hospitalized patients in intensive care. In these patients, the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was also assessed in connection with oral hygiene. Research has shown that there has been a reduction in the occurrence of potentially pathogenic microorganisms in the respiratory tract following the introduction of the new procedure. There was no reduction in the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia.
National Performance of the children's choirs

FRBRization of catalogs and databases - the situation abroad

(in English): The diploma thesis deals with the conceptual model functional requirements for bibliographic records and its implementation or FRBRisation of library information systems abroad. The introduction of the thesis presents in brief the FRBR conceptual model and its family. The second chapter discusses the development of FRBRisation activities since the creation of the FRBR study to the present. The third chapter presents a more detailed description of the FRBRisation process and presents the benefits and challenges of these projects. In connection with this, the impact on cataloging standards and data structures is also mentioned, as well as the currently debated issue concerning the possible ways of presenting the FRBRised data. The last chapter of the diploma thesis contains analysis and comparison of two selected FRBRised systems (BORéAL union catalog and Primo discovery system), with emphasis on the means and scope of FRBR implementation and user interface.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the personal library of the Czech voyager, collector and writer Joe Hloucha. The aim is to find out information about the library and describe localized fragment of Hloucha's library. The introduction presents the key terms of the thesis. Second part discusses biography of Joe Hloucha including his collecting activities. The third chapter deals with Hloucha's writing career. The fourth chapter describes the process of searching for books from his personal library. The fifth chapter is devoted to description of founded copies from his personal library. In conclusion the thesis summarizes obtained findings and sumps up the current state of the books from Hloucha's property.

This bachelor thesis deals with the Glagolitic Mass by Karel Douša. Douša's composition is put into the context of contemporary compositional approach to the genre of the Glagolitic Mass and it is compared to other similar works of Douša's contemporaries. The thesis also contains Douša's brief biography and a list of his compositions. The work is completed by the enclosed compact disc with the first - and so far the only- recording of Douša's mass.

The doctoral thesis "Didactic Application of the Curricular Contents of 1st do 5th Grade Music Textbooks for Elementary Schools to RVP" deals with music education in frame of new view of curricular RVP ZV reform. The theoretical part of this doctoral thesis explains RVP ZV as a whole, describes the role of a teacher in the current pedagogical developments, maps also developement of social-economic and pedagogical resources mainly 20th century, responds creative developement of music education which has become the breeding ground of the present reform - HV educational field. The aim of the introductory part of this doctoral thesis is to explain to music teachers how they may regard a variety music activities from a wider perspective, i.e. not only through the eyes of teacher specialized in music. Music itself is no longer the dominant part of a student's music education. Music-related activities are becoming as means how to accomplish universal educational goals stated by key competence which makes the base of whole-life studies and it is common for all educational areas, that is why the capture "Key Competence" is very important for this doctoral thesis in connection with music education.
