Energy efficient house

The thesis focuses on a desing of a new energetic and efficient detached house, which is situated in the cadastral area of the village of Žáky. A draft of the building is intended on a plot No. 252/2 with a surface of 1214 m2. It is a part of intended satellite with a total of 51 buiding plots. The building is a two-floor house without a cellar designed for four-six-members family.The house is detached and forms a unit with a garage for one car. Foundations are designed as concrete ones. The vertical load-bearing constructions in both above-ground floors are walled by ceramic blocks insulated with a contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene slabs.The horizontal constructions, more precisely ceiling construction above first above-ground floor are designed from prefabricated concrete blocks. The building is roofed by a slanting saddle-shaped roof and partially by a counter roof with a 30° slope. A roof above the garage is designed as slanting counter rook with a 20° slope.

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Krnov city, located in the Moravian-Silesian region. The apartment building has three residental floors (and one basement floor) and has five residential units and common areas of the house. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm and Heluz and lost formwork BEST. Horizontal structures are monolithic. The roof is made up of a flat roof with stabilizing layer from aggregate. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept od an apartment building.

The aim of bacherol's thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of a family house with an establishment. This building is designed in a slightly sloping terrain on the edge part of Moravské Budějovice. The family house has a partial basement and two floors. Establishment is designed as a single-storey building and will be used for design activities. The building is based on plain concrete strip. The perimeter walls will be made of lost formwork. Other walls is designed from ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures are made of ceramic inserts and ceramic-concrete beams. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof.

The bachelor thesis has been solving a design of a detached house in Naměšt´ nad Oslavou of Třebíč district. The detached house has been designed as a two-floor house, partly cellared with a flat roof. The projet was created with the main aim of creating a permanent living for a four- member family. A garage is a part of the project too. Perimeter walls of the basement are made of concrete blocks poured by concrete and for perimetric walls of the elevated floor were used Porotherm brick blocks stuffed with mineral isolation. A monolitic ceiling construction is combination of iron and concrete.A lot is located on a southern subtle slope. A part of the project is a technical evaluation, fire emergency measures, other calculations and outcome of building physics. The thesis is elaborated in the form of implementing project, a drawing and documentary part is included.
Presidential villa Slavin

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a villa of the President of the Slovak Republic. The villa will serve as a residence during the discharge of an office of Slovak president and at the same time it will serve as a place for partial representative acts. The building of the presidential villa is divided into two parts: the representative part, which is designed as two-storey with basement, and the residential part, which is designed as two-storey without basement. In the basement there is a garage for 3 vehicles and on the plot, there will be an uncovered parking area for 3 vehicles. The floor plan of the villa consists of three rectangular shapes with a flat vegetated roof. Horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete.

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the village Panenská Rozsíčka, located in the Vysočina Region.The apartment building is designed as atypical and is situated on flat terrain. The apartment building has two residential floors (and one basement floor) and has four residential units and common area of the house. One apartment is designed as a possible accessible. Total capacity is 12 people. The structure is base on strip foundations. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm 30 P+D. The thermal insulation is provided by the ETICS system. The ceiling structure is created with ceramic ceilings Porotherm MIAKO. The buildind is roofed with warm flet roof.

The apartment building has five floors (basement floor included) and has five residential units with common areas of the house and space for parking in a basment floor. In a first floor there is an office with a storage room and hygienic equipement. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm 30 S Profi with facade thermal insulation Isover 70F of thickness 150mm. Horizontal structures are monolithic - reinforced concrete. The roof is made up as pitched roof konstrution in saltbog roof shape. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of an apartment building.

This bachelor thesis depicts project documentation for realization of an apartmen house in Hradec Králové. The designed object includes nine flats in three storeys with technical facilities and no cellar. Vertical load-bearing and curtain walls are designed to be built of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The outside wall is insulated with expanded facade polystyrene and plastered with a thin-layer textured agate and cream plaster. The openings are filled with plastic windows including a plastic entrace door with a fanlight. Horizontal constructions are made od moholithic reinforced concete panels which are reinforced in one or two dimensions. The roofing in designed as a flat roof with a layer of vegetation. The foundations of the block of flats are based on concrete strips. The design of the object respect current housing in the area. The bachelor thesis includes a basic review of construction physics and fire safety layout.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation of a detached house with an establishment. The object is located in a village of Prosné, in the south part of the village, in a low built-up area where is a possibility of expanding individual housing construction in the future. The building is divided into two parts, the detached house for family of four and the establishment. The establishment is designed as a veterinary ambulance for one vet and one veterinary assistant. The detached house is with partial basement, it has two above-ground floors and its roofted with a flat roof. Part of the house is a detached garage with two parking places and its roofted with a flat roof. The establishment has one above-ground floor a its roofted wirh a flat roof done as a green roof. The structural system of a building is made of Porotherm clay blocks and reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The part of a design documentation is a fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.
