The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current communication strategy of a specific family winery, and then with the proposed new strategy. The thesis is divided into two parts: literary research and analytical part. In the literary research, the most important concepts of the studied subject are elucidated and the approaches of individual authors in the given field are compared. The findings from the literary research serve as a basis in the analytical part, where the specific family viticulture is presented in detail and marketing research is carried out. Based on the information obtained, a marketing communication plan is developed.
Psychosocial issues of surogated motherhood

This bachelor's paper is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is dedicated to the women's infertility, possible causes, and psychological aspects of unability to give a birth and raise up own biological baby. The paper also shows possible treatment options according to the newest experiences of modern centres of assisted reproduction. Special part is then focused on surrogate maternity as an alternative treatment of infertility, it's characteristics, indications and complications. Main emphasis is placed on moral, ethical and psychosocial aspects, but also takes account of law requirements. Closing theoretical part I stated surrogate maternity options in abroad. The goal of this paper is to outline aspects of surrogate maternity with ethical and moral questions closely connected to this controversial topic. A significant part of the paper pays attention to mothers themselves - to motivations and feelings of both, surrogate mothers and infertile couples. Practical part introduces issues of surrogate maternity and based on opened, semi- closed and closed questions compares different attitudes of surrogate mothers from the Czech Republic and mothers from the United States of America. Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biological and Medical Sciences Università degli Studi di Camerino Facoltà di Farmacia Dipartimento di Medicina Sperimentale e Sanita Pubblicà Backgrounds: The aim of the thesis was to determine the understanding of medical terms among Italian students and determine if there is a relation to age, sex, education or occupation of parents. Methods: The research was performed in the region Marche in the Central Italy in the year 2012. Students were chosen at random from the grammar schools, vocational schools and the university. 387 completed questionnaires were evaluated. Results: The level of understanding widely used well-known terms was adequate to majority of respondents. Despite the fact, most of the terms were known only to 10-33% of respondents. Conclusions: The significant relation to understanding medical terms and education or job of parents was observed, especially in the terms that are not commonly used. Nevertheless no relation to medical terms and age either sex was found. In contrary, there was no connection with well-known expressions and age, sex, education either job of parents. Technical Analysis

The bachelor's thesis deals with use of technical analysis to create the optimal portfolio of shares. There is primarily used the Capital Asset Pricing Model CAPM. In the first part of thesis there is stated the theoretical background which describes basic information about shares, capital market, technical analysis and CAPM model. The second part of thesis describes individual companies whose shares were chosen for analysis, and it focuses on the detection of buying and selling signals using moving averages. The last part of thesis applies of formation of optimal portfolio and description of application which attends to individual calculations.
The problems of long-term asset evidence, its accounting and depreciation calculation in the accounting software

This bachelor thesis analyses the area of long-term asset evidence, its accounting and depreciation calculation in the accounting software called Helios Green. The aim of this thesis is to assess whether this software provides a good background for long-term asset evidence in the selected company and whether the software outputs match the company information needs.In the theoretical part, long-term tangible assets in general and long-term tangible assets from the accounting and tax point of view are described. The ways of acquisition, pricing, the retirement of long-term assets and the accounting and tax deprecation methods are described here. The practical part is focused on the description of the individual procedures such as assets, retirement, the creation and calculation of depreciation, fixed register assets and the assets in an operation register. In the second part, depreciation calculation correctness is examined and the outputs offered by the software in Asset module are tested.Finally, there are recommendations for a better usage of the software in the area of long-term assets.
