The fear as a part of educational unsuccessfulness

Diploma Thesis deals with the theoretical level of fear and anxiety in general their functions, symptoms and potential causes. Work is focused primarily on the view of fear in the school environment. There are discussed in detail the problems of academic performance, school grades and disadvantage and the problems of school failure. Fear in childern is primarily associated with failure in school and the consequences that failure brings. The work is dividend into three parts. Theoretical, especially theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is dealt with walys to cope with fear and anxiety in children, possible ways to prevent fear and its removal. In a specially-theoretical part I have one of the possible methods that can prevent the removal and use of fear in children. In the empirical part of this thesis is varified by teachers and primary school children. I investigated how the method of narrative attests to the first and second grade of elementary school.
Programm of effective learning as a part of learning competency development

The objective of the thesis was to form the programm concept for effective learning development. After charting the theory we drew following conclusion: the sufficient help in learning competencies development could be provided by specific offer of influencing the learning strategies technique of student. As a concrete form we chose 2 - days training tested in 7. classes in Basic school Praha - Klanovice. There were following essential bases for the training: 1) pedagogical - psychological diagnostics - simplified version applicable for teacher work 2) introduction to psychology of learning - the bases of grounds of learning psychology was provided to children ( suitable to their age) 3) planing as supposal of effective learning - suitable skills 4) correction of deficiencies - designation of impropriate strategie of learning and follow-on formation of new, more effective ones. We consider the 2 - days traning to be contributing in the sense of formation student's preparedness to the next wilful influencing his learning process.

This bachelor thesis researches general problems concerning the development of pupil's attention. It searches for it's coherence in the context of modern society. It explains the basic terms of attention and other that are associated with this topic. It deals with conditions that affect the attention. This thesis focuses on Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and it's influence on pupil's behaviour and their learning results at school. This work offers appropriate teaching methods that help resolve the difficulties connected with teaching and learning. It offers useful activities and games to improve pupil's attention abilities. Possibilities of cognitive development in preschool children

This thesis aims to create an elementary task situation for preschool children, which would allow the development of cognitive functions and facilitate the child's understanding of relationships and connections between objects and phenomena. Task situation also reflects the wider social and cultural context where the process of learning and cognition takes place. Preschool age is a period when shaping the personality of the child and his cognitive apparatus necessary for preparation for school and future life.
Analysis of typologic specifics of adaptation courses

The dissertation focuses on adaptation courses. They represent specific access to personal development of pupils and students. In the phase of pre-research the field of concepts was narrowed, the working typology was created and the criteria of dividing were defined. In the theoretical part connections between the European vision of education and Czech curriculumforming documents were found and analyzed. Mentioned facts stand for the theoretical base of this diploma, together with elaboration about the personal and social education, adaptation courses and the concept of group dynamics. In the pre-research discovered variables, didactic categories, were elaborated deeply in the final chapter of the theoretical part. Then they were used in the practical, empirical part where they served for formation of the verifying instrument. This instrument will help to verify the working typology of the adaptation courses.

This diploma work deals with problems of the burnout effect of teachers in the Central Czech Region The first part of the diploma work is theoretic, that the defines and explains the burnout conception, its development, appearances and causes, including explanation development of the burnout effect of teachers. The sekond part of the diploma work is experimental, that the includes description researches, methods, routek and processing of data. Research record provider seedback to the given hypotheses. The Final records are vested to the tables and graphs for greater lucidity. When writing this diploma work I used my knowledge of special literature.
Development of learning autonomy as a personality quality (focused on language teaching)

Současná doba klade velké nároky na žáky, ale i na lidi, kteří už dávno opustili školní lavice. Neustálý rozvoj moderních technologií a z něj vyplývající nové možnosti pro jednotlivce, firmy a různé další instituce s sebou nese zvyšující se nároky na vědění, dovednosti-klíčové kompetence jako jsou například odpovědnost, spolehlivost, myšlení a učení, řešení problémů a tvořivost, samostatnost a výkonnost, komunikace a spolupráce, zdůvodňování a hodnocení apod. Jen malá část obyvatel rozvinutých zemí si může dovolit neučit se novým věcem a využívat znalosti ze školy a následně jen z praxe. Požadavky školy, trhu práce, strach ze ztráty zaměstnání , ale i činnosti ve volném čase jsou silnými motivy pro další sebevzdělávání. Práce zaujímá v žebříčku hodnot vysokou příčku a má zásadní vliv na vnímání naší identity a společenského postavení. Mezinárodní organizace (OECD, UNESCO aj.) si tuto novou realitu uvědomily a změnily požadavek celoživotního vzdělávání na požadavek celoživotního učení (lifelong learning). V Helsinkách vychází od roku 1997 specializovaný časopis Lifelong Learning in Europe. Mluví se o učící se společnosti. Jedinec je nucen několikrát za život změnit svou kvalifikaci, jsme společnost, která se učí celý život.
Additional project "Draft" for entrance of child to school

The thesis named "The benefits of the project "Draft" for children entering primary schools" is of theoretical/empirical nature. The theoretical part analyzes mutual cooperation and communication between the family and school. It deals with the development of the relationship between the two parties and the possibilities of its improvement. This part also presents the project "Draft", which prepares children and their parents for compulsory school attendance and represents one of the possibilities of developing positive relationships between the family and school. The practical part features the research problem and research questions, the characteristics of the research field, data collection as well as their analysis and interpretation. The empirical research reveals how the mutual cooperation and communication are assessed by the parents and teachers who have taken part in the project "Draft". The research also studies the effect of the project on the quality of children's preparation for their classes.

This thesis called 'Socio-Pedagogical Assistance to Partially-Autonomous Patients and to Their Families" (as conducted at GARC Kladno, s.r.o.). aims to map the health and social situation of partially-autonomous patients (hereafter PAP) as a result of a chronic condition, a disability or geriatric conditions in the context of their actual living environment. The theoretical part deals with health and social challenges confronted by PAP focusing on social and individual rehabilitation in conducting daily life. It is divided into five parts. Part One describes health issues faced by PAP with emphasis on particular issues which affect this group. Part Two defines the basic terminology of disability and autonomy.Through work experience it was possible to provide first-hand observation of particular issues which affect this group, e.g. physical disability as a factor limiting autonomy. Both subjective and objective observations of this group can weigh heavily on the value of the outcome. Part Three places PAP in his environment and at the same time evaluates the role of the family members and various services available to PAP under the Social Services Act No. 108/2008 Coll. Deprival Syndrome of Children, its Interpretation and Possibilities of Reparation in School Environment and Institutional Care

This bachelor thesis aims to describe the basic characteristics and problems related to deprivation syndrome in children, provide educators the information needed for effective orientation in the area, to recognize deprivation syndrome, emphasize the importance of relationships that go beyond the educational environment and have a societal character and offer tools and mechanisms that lead to effective prevention and possible remedial syndrome. The work is divided into two main sections. The first part defines the basic terms and conditions of deprivation syndrome formation and its symptoms. It refers to the characteristics of resource deprivation syndrome and how it translates into behavior syndrome children. The second part focuses on possibility of prevention and remediation deprivation syndrome. Emphasis is placed on the importance of the interconnectedness of life and many areas of society. Also important is the influence of family coherence and teaching staff to optimize prevention and correction.
