Design of 3D scan method based on computer vision

This thesis deals with designing 3D scan method for visualization of laser beam. The first part deals with the division of 3D scanners and explains how they work. The second part compares various image processing tools and selects the most suitable for this work. The third part proposes a solution that explains the individual methods that were used or considered for this work. The fourth part deals with the solution, explaining how the methods has been created. The next part deals with practical experiments where proposed solutions are applied to different objects in different positions. The last part is the conclusion summarizing the results of this work.

This diploma thesis is focused on the description and implementation of the user interface for the analysis of local DNA structures as a web application in the Vue.js framework. The local structure can be described as an alternative DNA structure which arises in a specific DNA sequence that occurs in important regions of the genome. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and examines the field of DNA research and a description of selected technologies. The second part deals with the implementation and testing of the user interface on specific DNA sequences.

Comparison of inflation rates between Czech Republic and Slovakia

The bachelor thesis deals with the main inflationary factors of Czech Republic and Slovakia and their influence on inflation. It is focused on analysis of the time series macroeconomic quarterly data from the first quarter 2000 to the third quarter 2014 using GRETL software. Inflationary factors were selected using other papers and Autoregressive Distributed Lag Models were created. The results prove that, the most significant long-term factors are exchange rate and nominal wage in both models. The results form the basis for discussion.
