Design and implementation of VoIP protocols tester
Polášek, Jakub ; Číka, Petr (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This paper deals with ways and means of testing SIP or IAX2 based equipment and protocols itselfs. I analyse terminology and methodology for benchmarking of proxy and registrar servers as it was described in documents RFC 7501 and RFC 7502 from organization IETF. In the practical part is described the tester realization programmed in PHP programming language witch will use described methodology. Aplication is available in web based interface.
Advanced network security methods against attacks
Kusy, Filip ; Kubánková, Anna (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This student work focuses on security against network attacks. It focus on network attacks and ways to prevent them. Subsequently, it deals with the Snort variant of the IPS/IDS system. It deal with the connection between Mikrotik and the Snort Linux server
Design and realization of a developement board for BeagleBoard
Ťapucha, Andrej ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
Contents of the thesis is to design and create an expansion board for the BeagleBoard computer one plate . The first and very important part was to find out all the possibilities for an extension of the computer itself . Choose the right expansion port . To study the possibility distribution of individual pins . Followed by the appropriate extension election districts that demonstrate the function of each enlargement . Test was designed PCB that contains circuits that change the voltage level of the BeagleBoard to protect a mini computer to the testing of each gusset periphery prevent damage to itself or part of the BeagleBoard . The peripherals themselves bind different parts of theoretical introduction. More specifically the extension of the LCD display is selected segment and includes two lines of 16 characters . When the possibility to add additional components were necessary to deal with the shortcomings of the output pins , this problem was solved by using an expander . He extends itself BeagleBoard by another 16 pins . On these pins are connected together on the LCD matrix keyboard . The creation of the board are two circuit temperature sensors , but have a different type of communication using I2C and one second using 1 -Wire bus . The board also contains various other bus outputs , for example, UART bus. It also contains an output pin which can be controlled PWM modulation . The remaining pins are versatile GPIO pins which can be programmed to define a function using the Linux operating system . The result is a final board of the package control programs which make it possible to verify the individual peripherals.
Implementing of GSM modem in PBX Asterisk
Benýšek, Jiří ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Šilhavý, Pavel (advisor)
Short Message Service (shortly SMS) is the most widely used type of communication systems. The main advantages are that allow a fast exchange of messages between devices, a very good availability through GSM and a reasonable price. Nowadays the SMS service support has expanded to include other technologies such as a service of the information navigation and the remote connection. The master‘s thesis concentrates on the Short Message Service, deals with basic principles and statements using by this service. The topic of the thesis is software PBX Asterisk and its possibility of SMS implementation, especially verification of SMS processing goes through the PSTN. After the basic introduction the master‘s work deals with the installation and configuration of the server. The main focus is on an installation of the operating system with an additional pack including necessary libraries and modules for a correct working of the server. The following section is paying attention to the Asterisk server configuration, especially a hardware card installation which is necessary for a connection with analog telephones, done by Bluetooth connections, set up user’s profiles of the SIP protocol and create a dial plan. This is followed by a verification of SMS option of the implementation and communication with GSM modem which is used as a gate for an exchange SMS between PSTN and GSM network. The last chapter of this master‘s thesis comes with the aimed results.
Low-power tracking device for motorcycles
Gryžboň, Jan ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Kouřil, Jiří (advisor)
This bacheleor´s thesis describes the design of low power tracking devices, which should be used primarily for motorcycles. The objective is realization of the equipment to be controlled by a microcontroller, which will receive location information from GPS / GSM modules from SIMCOM. The resulting tracking devices will be able to send an SMS message with date, time and GPS location of the stolen motorcycle.
Design and simulation of passive optical network PON
Mikauš, Jiří ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Reichert, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of master's thesis was to demonstrate chosen PON network in simulation software OPNET Modeler. The work deals with passive optical networks. In particular, solutions that are based on the transmission of Ethernet frames. EPON and 10GEPON standards are described in theoretical section. EPON Standard was introduced already in 2004. Newer 10GEOPN is back compatible, which is ideal as a suitable solution for modern network with a high data rates demands. The practical part describes process of developing network nodes for passive optical network. EPON model was developed in simulation tool, that demonstrates basic features of the standard IEEE 802.3ah. The simulation results are demonstrated in last section.
Billing system and call monitoring for PBX Asterisk
Depiak, Petr ; Šilhavý, Pavel (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This master's thesis is focused on developement of billing system with the options of monitoring individual calls for software exchange Asterisk. Billing of calls is adaptible with the help of group of individual rules, consisting of tariff impulses, numerical prefix, with help of outgoing trunk and cost of the billed unit. The first part of this work is focused on instalation, configuration and preparation of individual components of the billing system. In this work is explained the architecture of the billing system and highlighted the purpose of work of the model database. Next we focused on the purpose and the principal system invidual function of the system including solution. At last there is a simple manual to operate the system with the help of created web interface.
Application for batch management of Mikrotik network devices
Kloda, Tomáš ; Frolka, Jakub (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The goal of the thesis is to describe and develop web application for large-scale management of MikroTik network devices. The theoretical part describes RouterOS operating system. This work also describes communication through MikroTik API service. Next section includes brief description of tools, which were used for the web application development. The practical part describes development and realization of the web application. The web application is intended for Linux based operating systems.
Telemetry Data Collection and Evaluation
Spurný, Jan ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes design and creation of application which collects and values telemetry data. Thesis consist of design and implementation which describes whole system, server settings as well as approach how to consume any given data. Corner stone of this application is based on given data from telemetry station (sensors) and projecting them on the map background. Application consist of user interface and logic how to project any given data into the map. Graphics interface is created using HTML, JavaScript and CSS programming languages. Logic itself is programmed by using backend language PHP including Laravel Framework in combination with MySQL database. Result of this thesis is working implementation covering administration user interface, working cooperation of MQTT server and APIs. There are also implemented all necessary parts for enablement of user interface with cooperation with map background layer. Implementation creates two possible ways how to install package necessary to run this app on Ubuntu system.
Access Control in IP Networks
Frdlík, Tomáš ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Baroňák, Ivan (advisor)
In this thesis we describe the problematic of QoS security for various services provided through IP network. These applications have high QoS parameter requirements such as delay, loss rate and variation of delay. We provide the required quality using different methods that are responsible for network monitoring and traffic management. One of the main QoS elements we deal with in this thesis are AC methods. These methods have the task of deciding whether they accept or reject a new connection based on its parameters without affecting the QoS of other connections. Furthermore, this thesis deals with the use of neural networks in AC methods. At the end two methods are simulated and compared: the Gauss method and the neural network utilization method for 100, 1 000 and 10 000 accesses.
