It should certify or refuse presumption the operating lease to be the best variant for its purchase.

This Diploma thesis is focused on the complete analysis of the company Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. in the context of the history, present and future potential. The main objective is to independently analyze and assess the current position on the market of bitter herbal drinks, find out where could be a gap and demand for the new product. The aim would be to suggest directions for Becherovka, and its majority owner Pernod Ricard, based on market research. In conclusion, this thesis will introduce the marketing mix and strategy for the new product.
Analysis of value added tax with focus on construction and installation works

The work focuses on the issues of VAT and taxation system in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the history of taxes and basic terminology. The core of the work is the second part, which is devoted to analyze the impact of various tax VAT Act amendments to the tax payers, with a focus on construction and assembly works. The goal is to solve the practical problem - the application of various amendments to the VAT Act in terms of construction and assembly work. Calculation is carried out and then compared the impact of amendments to the VAT Act on the price of construction and assembly works. Another practical example describes how the reverse charge regime translates into recognizing and completing VAT returns in a construction company.
Impacts of the Amendment of VAT in the Czech Republic

The result of this work will be the description of the historical development and the inclusion of VAT in the VAT system of taxation in Czech Republic. The thesis also explains VAT accounting and the most important concepts that relate to VAT itself. The work describes the VAT law and its consistency with other legislation. The practical part of the thesis will focus on the amendment of VAT, which came into force in 2011. The main goal is to describe the reverse-charge system and its changes between 2011 and 2012. The main objective of this work is to determine whether these changes affect the companies and how.

The aim of this thesis is to examine current marketing efforts of AARON - the leading seller of digital cameras. I will analyze current marketing tools and suggest improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of these tools. Marketing strategy is a method of managing and coordinating efforts in marketing field so that the goals can be reached. The aim is to increase sales, turnover, revenues, profits, drive out competition and also to build up a corporate image and corporate culture. I will analyze not only business marketing environment, but also the competition and I will evaluate the current marketing mix of the company. Resulting findings will be summarized in the SWOT analysis and new tools and strategies for the future will be proposed.
The Communication Campaign on the Selected Product

This thesis ellaborates importance of the marketing research. The research has been based on the tailor made questionnaire directed to the assumed target group. The research has been conducted in the Curaden Czech s.r.o. and based on its resutls, there was designed a new marketing campaign. This campaign was included into overall annual marketing plan of the Curaden Czech. Objective of the campaign was to acquire and penetrate a new distribution channel: dental clinics and dental hygienists.

The thesis deals with the topic of the international taxation for Czech employees working abroad. It describes and compares the issue of the international taxation of taxpayer's income in the selected countries - the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Germany and Kenya. This countries has been selected on purpose, for better understanding and complex demonstration of the topic in the practical part of this thesis. The practical part consists of the determination of the tax residency, selection of the method for avoiding double taxation and examples to illustrate how to calculate taxes.
