The diploma thesis focuses on the quality management system in selected company and presents the differences between current standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 and new standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015. This diploma thesis analyzes current state of selected company with respect to the current requirements and focuses on new mandatory requirements that are essentially during the implementation process of the new quality system in relation to the new standard.

There will be propose suggestions and precautions on the basis of gained data. These measures will lead to general increasing customer satisfaction with providing services and increasing company earnings.

This masters thesis will focus on proposals which will lead to improve functionality of company e-shop. Will describe functionality and importance of the e-shop for company business. Proposals are aimed to increase users comfort and more effective usage of computing resources. There will be introduced processes which will help to implement proposed changes according to current trends in the design and project management of IS/ICT. This thesis will also take a look of potential risks of related to the transition to the new hardware and define change management process.

I will try to solve and point to current problems connected with piracy in software industry in my project. I will do analysis of actual situation based on information sources. My suggestions will be made by backward synthesis which should show optimal solution as well as how software piracy reduces to minimum also how to defend and prevent against it.

Criminological aspects of cybercrime

Today, the phenomenon of cybercrime can no longer be considered something obscured or unknown to the general public. Yet the majority of general population is aware of only a fraction of the offenses committed in cyberspace. As a result, a substantial proportion of Internet users act in violation of valid legislation in cyberspace, whether they do so knowingly or not. Cybercrime cannot be considered less dangerous than other forms of crime. On the contrary, due to its availability, globality and possible distance of the offender from the crime itself, this kind of criminal behaviour is on the rise year by year and its effects are becoming more severe, mainly due to the dependence of today's society on information and communication technologies. The aim of this thesis is to provide an introduction to the cybernetic world crime and offer a general view of the various aspects of this criminal activity. The introduction of my thesis deals with detailed description of the basic terminology present throughout the whole thesis and contains a brief description of the history and origins of the computer and Internet. An essential part of my thesis is the presentation of the legislative framework in the field of cybercrime regulation. This section mentions the laws that apply in the cyberspace environment...

Bachelor project includes literary study of the precise methods of technical materials and technological processes. The work is mainly focused on technology unconventional methods such as water jet-cutting, plasma, laser and electron beam welding. The thesis is elaborated in terms of functional cutting technologies and their use in today's engineering industry, including evaluation of their parameters.The work is a comparison of methods in terms of productivity and quality material processing, assessment of their advantages, disadvantages and suitability for retail or volume production.
