This Master’s thesis deals with the determination of present conditions of motivation and stimulation environment in company Reda a. s. The theoretical part describes the motivation and stimulation bases from the general and practical point of view. The analytical part is focused on research and presents current conditions in chosen company. The survey was used as the information source. The findings from that survey and suggestions for present conditions improvement are summed up in the conclusion.

The theoretical part of the master thesis presents motivation, its significance for society and for the overall employee satisfaction. The practical part describes the current situation in company, using a questionnaire. Subsequently, the work will focus on the relationship between satisfaction levels and characteristics of employees. In conclusion, there are proposals that will lead to improved current level of motivation and satisfaction in order to secondarily reduce staff turnover.

The purpouse of this Master's thesis is to be concerned about the issue of employee satisfaction and fluctuation in manufacturing industry. Theoretical part sumarizes a literature review which is neccesary for implying the conclusions from practical part of this thesis. This particular part deals with employee satisfaction connected with benefits and wages. The research itself includes an own questionnaire survey wchich leads to analysis of current situation and it subsequentely suggests possible measures and solutions for increasing the employee satisfaction and decreasing the fluctuation in XYZ company.

The output of the diploma thesis consists of suggestions for possible changes and development of the existing system of remuneration and motivation of employees processed on the basis of the established current state of society.

The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and there is a detailed analysis of the company employees. This section also focuses on the current system of acquisition, selection and recruitment of staff. The final section includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system.

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of work-life harmonization in a selected company engaged in water sports. It specifies the topicality of its implementation to business practice, tools of work-life balance, possibilities and barriers from the perspective of employers and employees. The practical part analyses the current state of the selected company through a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge and the obtained results, optimal measures for work-life balance are proposed, which are supplemented by a financial evaluation.
