Re-design of standard car shifting system for competition purposes
Schoula, Šimon ; Dvořáček, Jiří (referee) ; Klapka, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is focused on construction design of sequence shifting mechanism for a specific type of car. First part of thesis is performed to research of the current state of knowledge. The second part is a detailed analysis of possible conceptual solutions depending on the design of the car. The last part describes the final design and its assessment.
Study of bearing noise regarding accuracy of machining
Studýnka, Pavel ; Sabo, Karol (referee) ; Klapka, Milan (advisor)
This bachalor thesis deals with connection between the quality of surface of raceways of a bearing and vibrations in operation. This thesis describes basic geometrical parameters of a bearing that have main influence on its resulting quality and vibrations. It presents methods to evaluate the quality of the raceways surfaces and their connection between them. As a part of the thesis is an experiment, which should prove, what is the connection between the measuring of quality of the surface of raceways and measuring the vibrations of bearings during the process, by the way used in the company KOYO Olomouc. The quality of raceways is evaluated on a measuring device MUK-F 300 and vibrations on IL 100R/2000.
Animation of 2D gear meshing
Fiala, Vlastimil ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Hartl, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the animation of planar involute gearing. The thesis gives a theoretical basis for understanding the problems of gears. Introduction of the work is focused on the description of the geometry and mesh of uncorrected planar gears focusing on the line of action. Gradually meshing of gear pairs with external, internal and rack gearing is described. Following part describes mesh of planar wheel with manufacturing rack, thus creating teeth flanks by rolling. The next section describes the problems of interference with the root curve and its impact on the gear's teeth number. The last part deals with correction of teeth by shifting profile and its effect on meshing ratios.
Design of semi-automatic tool for thread machining on conventional lathe
Ondák, Andrej ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Dočkal, Kryštof (advisor)
Design of thread cutting rig reducing demands on machine operator of conventional lathes is shown in the following thesis. During thread cutting on lathe, operator must execute cutting tool extraction, stopping of the machine, and changing direction of the spindle in the span of few seconds. The design of an auto-retracting tool solves the problem by automatization of these steps of the production process. Therefore, three tool concepts were proposed differing in the cutting tool pull-out mechanism. One solution was chosen, whose function was substantiated by calculation. Reader can acquaint himself with construction idea behind this auto retracting tool for thread cutting. Among other things, reader can explore problems encountered during the process of the construction and its engineering solutions.
Reconstruction of Gearbox Testing Rig
Rozsypálek, Tomáš ; Dočkal, Aleš (referee) ; Klapka, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is reconstruction of gearbox testing rig. Modernization will allow fully automatic long-term gearbox tests according to pre-defined test parameters. The first part of thesis describes commercial and scientific solutions of used testing rigs. Individual solutions are inspected and evaluated for applicability to upgrade the testing rig. The second part of diploma thesis deals with selection of purchased components for allowing automatic drive, design concepts, selection of appropriate design, assembly and installation of control board and calibration of used components. This part of diploma thesis deals with analysing of software solution made for automatic drive too. The output of this work is a functional sample of control hardware and software for automatic and manual control which contains recording of measured data.
Utilization of light emitting diode lighting for cycle tracks
Mikula, Martin ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with construction of the illuminational modules for cycle tracks. Result is design of lamp for lighting at cycle tracks, staffed by the LED diodes. Single parts bachelor’s thesis are: - text report on the development and current state lighting - development LED diodes in the world -analysis my project - computer visualizations of the final design and technical documentation
Animation of the stress-strain behaviour of helical springs
Gabriel, Tomáš ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Hartl, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to the creation of educational animations depicting issues with the design of helical springs. Thesis contains collection of the necessary materials, describes the animating process and presents the final results. Main topics of the work are the stress across a cross-section of a loaded spring, fatigue and natural frequency of an oscillating spring.
Test stand for testing of frame and fork of scooter
Kostka, Marek ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is construction design of the testing station for tests of cyclical straining of the frame and fork of the footbike in loading by men in weight from 50 to 150 kg and in kick frequency from 10 to 120 kicks per minute. The format of this work is divided into four main parts. In the first part is this work orientated to actual demands of the footbike. In this part is also described construction design and solution of other testing stations. In other part of this work is accomplished analysis of powers which influent footbike and there are defined particular parameters for testing station. In the third part is described possible approach to solution of testing station and to particular contructional nodes. Last part of this work talks about the resulting proposal of constructional design of the testing station.
Design of modular elements for acoustic measurements
Fábry, Adam ; Skurka, Šimon (referee) ; Klapka, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design modular elements that will allow a simple and fast definition of acoustic measurement points in space. To solve this problem, a structure with four struts was used, between which the twine was stretched. With the help of clamping and defining elements we can define the points of acoustic measurement at the intersection of vertically and horizontally stretch twine. The construction of modular elements allows high mobility of the structure, facilitates its transmission and storage, and allows the measurement of noise sources of different sizes. Thanks to this design, we can quickly and accurately determine acoustic measurement points.
