The title of the bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient after operation of lumbar spine for L4/L5 disc prolapse Summary: This bachelor thesis is divided in two parts, for general and practical part. The aim of general part is getting theoretical basics for diagnosis of disc prolapse L4/L5. The general part is contains of basics of the spine anatomy and intervertebral disc and kinesiology of the lumbar spine. This thesis continue with description intervertebral disc herniation, etiology, diagnosis and teratment of intervertebral disc herniation. The aim of practical part is to elaborate case of study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient after operation of lumbar spine for L4/L5 disc prolapse. The special part includes anamnesis of patiens, in-going kinesiology analysis, assesment of the physioterapeutic plan, description of the every sing therapeutic unit and outgoing kinesiology analysis. The conclusion of thesis is focused for long-term rehabilitation plan and whole effect of therapy. Title: Case report of physiotherapist's patient care with the diagnosis: condition after surgery for total endoprotesthesis of the right knee joint Objectives: The aim of this paper is to get to know both theoretically and practically the diagnosis status after total knee arthroplasty. Methods: The first part of this work includes theoretical area by research. This section describes the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. The issue of gonarthrosis and its treatment.Then there is the more developed surgical approach, the application causes a total joint replacement prosthesis type, and physical therapy after surgery procedures that are appropriate to a positive effect on patients' health. The second part of this work is special - processed form of case reports. This part is based on theoretical knowledge acquired during studies, and their application in clinical practice. It contains entrance kinesiological analysis and conclusion, on the basis of which is developed short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan. Title: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of patient after resection of the spinal tumor and fracture of malleolus. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical knowledge about a diagnosis of spinal tumors and develop of physiotherapy treatment schedule in the form of patient with this diagnosis and fracture of malleolus case study. Methods: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - the general part and the special part. The general part contains theoretical knowledge about the disease, options of treatment and therapy. The special part includes case study of the patient after resection of the spinal tumor and fracture of malleolus, especially input, control and output kinesiology analysis, the goals of the therapy, a short-term and long-term therapy plan, therapy process and the evaluation and the effect of therapy. The case study was created during my internship in the Military University Hospital in Prague at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in the period from 8th of January to 2nd of February 2018. Title: The case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total endoprothesis of a knee joint Aim: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the processing of a case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total knee replacement during an internship in the ÚVN hospital. Summary: This thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part sums up anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. Apart from that, there is some information about gonarthrosis, indications and contraindications towards total endoprothesis of the knee joint. Last but not least we look at the specifications of rehabilitation regarding this diagnosis and used physiotherapeutic methods. The objective of the special part is a case study of the patient. It consists of complex kinesiologic evaluation, therapies during the patiens stay and the outcomes of the rehabilitation. Title: The case study of a physioterapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis total hip replacement. Objectives: The aim of this study is to summarize theoretical and practical knowledge of total hip replacement and to process the case study of a patient with this diagnosis. Methods: This thesis is divided into two main parts - a general one and a special one. The general part includes topics associated with a total hip replacement. It describes the structure of the hip joint, coxarthrosis, which was the indication for the surgery, different types of hip implants and the rehabilitation process. The special part contains the case study of a patient after a total hip replacement, which describes the therapy process along with a final evaluation of the effect of therapies. Results: We managed to fulfil our short term goals. Range of motion in afflicted lower limb was increased, muscle strength was increased, shortened muscles were stretched, the muscle tone in hypertonic muscles was decreased, the treatment of soft tissues was made, walking stereotype was improved and physical fitness of a patient was increased.
