Community of Young Nonconformists on the Labour Market

The thesis deals with the problems of a community of young nonconformist on the labour market, specifically the community of hipsters. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of terms - community, generation, nonconformity and labour market. The practical part is devoted to a description of community, an analysis of topics arising from the research community and resulting from the theoretical part of thesis and then an interpretation of the research results on the labour market with the use of sociological methods. The goal of thesis was processed of data using a case study, which it describes and analyzes the main aspects of community´s life, the working life in this case. I consider the main contribution of this thesis a description of nonconformist´s behaviour in this community on the labour market, which can be useful for companies to know, because they are maybe concerned about the employment of people from this subculture.
Unemployment in Times of Economic Crisis: Comparison of Czech and German Labour Market

This thesis focuses on the problem of unemployment, which culminates during times of economic recession. After the onset of the financial crisis in 2008, the unemployment rate grew in all european countries with the exception of Germany. A state which only ten years ago was considered to be the sick man of Europe, because of its problematic situation in the labour market. This work describes the development of the german labour market with emphasis on the role of pre-crisis labour policies reforms. Subsequently their effectiveness in times of a global financial crisis. Later the focus shifts to the Czech labour market and its development before and after 2008. The goal of this thesis is to perform an analysis and comparison of the statistical data of the aforementioned labour markets. The closing recommendations are based on the evaluation of the possibility to apply some of the german labour policies onto the Czech labour market.

This text deals especially with gross domestic product and development of the economic growth. Next, the thesis deals with international trade which means comparison of export and import of various products. The last part describes the difference in development of unemployment in the Czech republic and Japan.

The bachelor thesis deals with the demographic changes in the Czech Republic and identifies economic problems, which these changes bring. The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the demographic development and trends in Czech Republic after the year of 1989. The second part of the thesis describes potential social and economic problems associated with demografic developement, and prognosis of future effects. The conclusion is devoted to propose solutions to mitigate the negative impacts of these trends.

Annotation The theme of this thesis is flexible forms of employment and their use in practice. The aim is to describe different kinds of flexible forms of employment, their use and development in the Czech republic and their regulation in the legislation. The practical part is focused on women - it describes their position on the labour market and analyses ways and possibilities to use flexible forms of employment and other benefits to provide support for women on the labour market. Important part of the thesis is comparison of using flexible forms of empoyment in the Czech Republic and other European Union countries.
Mobbing and Bossing as a Modern Problem

A bachelor's thesis describes mobbing and bossing as a pathological phenomen of a modern society and it is looking for ways how to spread information about this psychological terror among people. The theoretical part deals with the issue of mobbing and bossing, defining the terms, describing their causes, phases and tactics and subsequent health results. The work includes graphs and charts for better understanding and comparison of dates and some information of publications and questionnaires. The practical part deals with analysis of the appearance of mobbing and bossing in Kutna Hora locality. The aim of this thesis is a description and characteristic of terms, characters of a mobber and wictims, tactics of achieving of mobbing and bossing and the possibility of prevention or defense. It is necessary to remark that mobbing and bossing are long-term issues that can not be explained or resolved in the only thesis. The dates are approximate, corresponding to only a small sample of the population.
Influence of unmovement regional environmental limits on CR's economy and employment in the Usti Region

The bachelor dissertation examines the influence of the non-shifting territorial environmental limits on the economy of the Czech republic and employment in the Ústecky region. Firstly, the study outlines the timeline of brown coal mining and it also the mining areas are located. Then, it introduces the essential policies on mining. In particular, the State Energy Concept Czech republic the updated version of the State Energy Policy of the Czech Republic, Raw material policy and other related legislation. Furthermore, two brown coal mining companies, operating in the Usti region, are briefly mentioned. These companies are one of the largest employers in the country. The practical part of the dissertation analyses the situation of the employment in the Ústí nad Labem region and the possible outcomes on the employment and the state budget in the case of mining completion. Moreover, it also investigates the educational groups of the regions and companies such as the North Bohemian Mines and Czech Coal Group. Finally, a brief analysis of financial contributions of these companies, towards the budgets of the municipalities, is carried out.
