Subject of this thesis is initial public offering and it’s main goal is describing of obtaining external funds for company’s funding. In the first part of the thesis is description of basic structure of financial markets, especially stock markets. The term IPO and it’s advantages and disadvantages are described. The last part is focused on individual steps of IPO realization. This thesis is focused on evaluation of chosen company’s entry on stock market. Especially macro-economic presumptions for IPO, readiness of chosen company and choice of suitable market are evaluated.

Diploma thesis deals with design of project for mobile application (Android and iOS platform) and web administration development. For manage this project are used project management methods. This thesis consists of three parts. First part describes theoretical facts. Next part analyzes the curent state and also serves as a basis for the third part which is suggestion of solution. This last part focuses on complete design of the development of the mobile application by Reinto s.r.o.for the purpose of profit and extension of the portfolio of references.

Integrated Call Centre Český Těšín, Preparation for Construction

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction and technological project for the new Integrované výjezdové centrum Český Těšín. In the proposed area, there will be the Fire and Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region – branch Český Těšín, Municipal Police Český Těšín, and the Police of the Czech Republic – district department and department of criminal police service and investigation. The diploma thesis is exclusively focused on the Fire and Rescue Service facility. The content of this thesis includes a technical report, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations of traffic routes, a time and financial plan – object-oriented, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, a project of the construction site along with a calculation of construction site equipment costs, a proposal for the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, a plan for ensuring material resources for the rough construction, a technological specification for monolithic ceiling structures along with a drawing of ceiling formwork, a control and testing plan, and a budget for the completed building SO 01.

Study of optoelectrical properties of organic semiconductor thin film layers

This thesis concerns with electrical and optoelectical properties of thin organic semiconductor layers. In the research, organic electroluminescent devices were prepared and the effect of illumination and inclusion of organic interlayers, that act as alternative electrodes, on charge injection and transport were investigated on them by means of electrical measurement and impedance spectroscopy. On the basis of measured data, the thesis attempts to determine materials best suited for interlayers, which could make an improvement of electric properties of electroluminescent devices possible. The sence of using a combination of direct current measurement and impedance spectroscopy was also discussed in the thesis.

This bachelor thesis focuses on making of business plan expansion of company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. It consists of three main parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes making of business plan. The following part is analytic which makes any conclusions for solution in third part. This thesis tries to find some opportunities and weaknesses in production part of company and after that it suggests bussiness plan that would help company to improve sales, quality of products and stabilize position on czech and also foreign market.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the organization and development of a construction contract. The theoretical part explains, what project management is, describe life cycle of the construction, assessment the price of the construction work and which software is used. In the practical part is the description of the contractor and how the construction proceeded. Subsequently, my alternative procedure is described and its valued by the expert estimate and with the price system. The aim is to evaluate the differences between the real and alternative progress of construction.

The topic of my thesis is overhead costs in a construction company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains what is a construction company, what types of costs are, how costs are managed and what calculation methods are used. In the practical part is characterized the analyzed company. The style in which a company manages and calculates overhead costs. After this is created another way of calculating overhead costs, application of this method to the actually performed contract and then there is compare of both methods. At the end of the practical part is the evaluation.

Evaluation of Economic Efficiency and Risks of Projects of Roads in South-Moravian Region

This thesis deals with the issue of Evaluation of Economic Efficiency and Risks of Projects of Roads in South-Moravian Region. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. In the introduction defines the life cycle of an investment project. The studies and documentation of project are described. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the methodological evaluation of the effectiveness of public projects. The practical part of the thesis is aimed on the processing of economic and risk analysis. The evaluated project is the reconstruction of road and the construction of a new bridge structure on the road II/374 between the village Bílovice nad Svitavou and the town Adamov. The eCBA application was used to evaluate efficiency. A qualitative risk analysis of the project is carried out at the end of this thesis.
