This bachelor thesis deals with new constructions of a detached family house for a family of four, the house i salso a part of the establishment as offices for small business owner. The building will be located in Lukavice. The house´s have a basement, they have two floors and flat roof. In terms of layout i tis divided into two parts, living quarters and a office. The office is located on the 1 st floor. In front of the house they are located two parking spaces on hard surface to use for the office 1st floor serves as a daily active zone. 2nd floor oppositly as night, resting and relaxation zone. The house is designed of systém VELOX. The house including the garage in covered with a gabled roof.
Case study of Physiotherapy treatment of patient with endoprothesis of knee

Title : Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with total endoprothesis of knee. Goal: The goal of this thesis is to present information and therapy plan for total endoprothesis of knee in theoretical and practical part. Were the theoretical part present anatomy of knee, biomechanics of knee joint movement, epidemiology, pathology of gonarthosis. The practical part present the case of a female 69 years old, in a state of 24 days postoperative of total knee endoprothesis. The goal from the practical part is to present the examinations, therapeutic approach and conclusions of therapeutic treatment of this patient. Methods: Methods used for physiotherapy of this patient were focused on soft tissue technics, post isometric relaxation, strengthening and breathing exercises and effleurage strokes. Six therapy sessions were completed, each lasting form 30-60 minutes and additionally 2 therapy sessions for initial and final kinesiologic examination. Results: During a period of 2 weeks the patient had a marketable improvement in decreasing of swelling, increasing of active and passive range of movement of the knee, and importantly the patient expressed a reduced level of pain. Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis and after hip replacement surgery Author: Vanda Páleníková Aim: Summary of theoretical knowledge, performing a kinesiological analysis, design treatment and monitoring of the patient during rheumatoid arthritis, and before and after right hip replacement surgery and subsequently summation effects by therapy. Methods and abstract: This thesis was created during professional practice, which was held at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague from 14.1. 2013 to 8.2 2013. The thesis is divided into two parts - general and special. The first (general) part deals with the theoretical knowledge of rheumatic diseases, particularly rheumatoid arthritis and hip replacement surgery and methods of treatment, including physiotherapy practice. The second (special) case report describes a patient with rheumatoid arthritis before and after total hip replacement surgery, the design and the process of therapy and its evaluation. Result: The patient's condition was improved. After the operation has been modified posture and position in right hip joint. Title: EN: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with Psoriatic Arthritis after Total hip arthroplasty. CZ: Případová studie fyzioterapie léčby pacienta s psoriatické artritidy po totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Thesis aim: In this thesis I will aim to discuss the rehabilitation after a total hip arthroplasty in a patient with psoriatic arthritis. The thesis is divided into two parts, one theoretical where the aim will be to explain some of the current research concerning psoriatic arthritis and total hip replacement. It will be focused on the anatomical, bio-mechanical and kinesiological properties of the lower extremities as well as the surgical procedure of total hip arthroplasty and following rehabilitation. I will also briefly look at the epidemiology and etiology of psoriatic arthritis and associated symptoms. The second part will focus on a 67 year old woman with the mentioned diagnosis in the post-operative state 2 weeks after surgery. Svatava Neuwirthová Year: 2014 Aim of the thesis: The aim of the thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge of rheumatoid arthritis in general part of the thesis and to elaborate a case report on a patient diagnosed with the disease, to emphasize physiotherapeutical care within the terms of a complex treatment of the patient and to assess the effects of the therapy in specialized part. Methodology: The first part of the thesis is general one. Author: Sophia Wilsonová Work title: case report of physiotherapeutic care about patient with ankylosing spondylitis dignosis Key words: ankylosing spondylitis, sacroiliatitis, entezopathy The presented bachelor work is concerned with rehabilitative treatment of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis dignosis including associated complications of this disease such as articular pains at shoulders and knees as well as entezopathy. The rehabilitative treatment insists foremost upon spinal flexibility maintenance which is herewith a part of the diseas progression prophylaxis. In case of disease acute phase, I carry elimination the complications associated with pains caused by fault motional stereotypes in particular. After pains alleviation, I focus on eliminating fault motional habits.
