Creation of geoinformatical system for mobile devices
Jakl, Michal ; Čábelka, Miroslav (advisor) ; Kříž, Jan (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to design and create a complex community geoinformatical system for mobile devices with Android OS. The first part presents currently available software tools, with an emphasis on user friendliness and minimal financial costs. The following sections deal with design of client-server system, selection and processing of data into databases and creating algorithms, ensuring the entire system. Emphasis is also placed on optimalization for mobile devices, bilingualism and user friendliness. The practical outcome and application of ideas from previous parts of this work is the creation of a mobile application DoPřírody!, which allows outdoor users to search the database of natural areas (parks, forests, cemeteries and others) and also is able to navigate the shortest route to the selected destination in real time. For registered users it is possible to rate, comment and edit existing areas and add new ones. The conclusion contains comparation with large map servers, the results of publishing application on the Google Play website and conclusions of testing in the community of users. Keywords: Android, network analysis, server, database, nature, mobile applications
Inertial navigation system for mobile phones
Jakl, Michal ; Čábelka, Miroslav (advisor) ; Janata, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis deals with the possibility of connecting inertial navigation sensors (accelerometer, magnetometer and gyroscope) to determine with the highest precision the position of the user without the help of GPS or other networks. This is inherently connected with the need to deal with many sources of errors, which are connected with this positioning method. The research section describes the principle and history of selected navigation methods and current trends in the use of inertial positioning or navigation methods. The methodical part deals with the design of a system able to determine with the highest accuracy the current position of the user from different input conditions. It is designed to obtain the necessary data from both the sensors and the user and their subsequent processing and use to render the user's position. The application section then describes the practical procedure for creating an Android mobile OS application output and in the discussion part is presented and evaluated the knowledge of testing both during the creation and in the final survey among the test users. The conclusion evaluates the goals and summarizes the practical possibilities and limits of the usability of these positioning methods in mobile phones. It also provides suggestions for further development and...

Utilization of pesticides in the environment
Hamršmíd, Filip ; Jakl, Michal (advisor) ; Vítková, Martina (referee)
This thesis deals with the effects of triazole fungicides on plant growth and development and accessibility of nutrients from the soil, using case studies with the active substance penconazole (Penk). For this work, it were established several objectives, which should create a comprehensive picture of the potential impact of Penk, triazole fungicide, on plants and soil. As the objectives of the work were determined as followings: find out (I) which affects the addition of Penk has to grow edible tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) yields and whether it has an effect on photosynthesis, (II) evaluate the effect of the addition of Penk to accessibility of nutrients in three different soil types, in fluvisols, modal cambisols and modal chernozem, during the incubation, and (III) to analyze the effect of different doses of Penk to changes in nutrient uptake examined soils. Vegetation experiment (I) showed differences in the growth of the biomass tomato depending on the concentration of added Penk. In all soils were decreased nutrient intakes in proportion to the dose of Penk. When applying the higher dose of Penk modal chernozem had decreased nutrient intake over the control sample about half. Addition of lower and higher dose of Penk decreased yields of plants grown on the substrate fluvisols approximately by one third. It has been shown that the addition of Penk adversely affects the content of chlorophyll a and b, but has no significant effect on chlorophyll c. In the soil incubation experiment (II) it was found that in the range of 8 weeks Penk addition affects the accessibility of certain nutrients (micro- and macro-elements) of the soil for the plants, in all monitored soil types. However, it was also shown that after the fourth week of incubation the degradation with consequent increase in the proportion of acceptable nutrients was observed. This proves that Penk is not persistent in soils and its use is very likely safe in the long term. In the sorption of a short term experiment (III), it was observed from the viewpoint of physicochemical interactions estimate changes in nutrient uptake in selected soil improvers based Penk. This thesis showed that Penk has an impact on the accessibility of certain nutrients in the short term. The most significant effect was observed for the iron when its accessibility steeply decreased with increasing addition of Penk. This thesis is trying to assess the behavior of Penk in the environment. They have demonstrated its effects on plant growth and development and the content elements in the above-ground parts and roots of Solanum lycopersicum L. and accessibility of nutrients from the soil in the short and long term.
Cloud Computing in Gaming Industry

Thesis also includes insight in completely different approach to the software distribution -- Cloud Gaming. In practical part are thoroughly tested existing solutions and done functionality analysis. Practical part also includes experiment which regards to building own platform using currently existing tools and it is followed by discussion of results.
Marketing plan of Müller ČR/SR k.s.
Jakl, Michal ; Koudelka, Jan (advisor) ; Naiman, Václav (referee)
The main goal of the Master's Thesis is to create one year marketing plan for the Müller for year 2012, which will be in accordance with actual market position and development of the Müller company. The Master's Thesis combines theoretical and practical approach and offers a comprehensive look at the issue of marketing plan. The first part deals with the situation analysis, including internal data, research data from research agency AC Nielsen and Porter's model of competing forces. The output of the situation analysis is the evaluation of opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company, under which the marketing goals were proposed. Regarding the marketing goals a new strategies of marketing mix were suggested. The proposal of individual activity and their timing is illustrated in the chart of the action plan. The last part summarizes the systems of measurement and controls Design of individual activities and their timing is contained in the Action Plan. At the end are summarized measurement systems and controls.
