The project represents potentialy ideal use of attractive ground located in the heart of the city. Public library represents a use of the ground that would be used by everyone. In addition a few flats were added to complete the urban space from the view of having mixed functions to achieve a live environment.
Inventure of the City Center? Brno – Zelný Trh Square

The project addresses the construction of urban multipurpose buildings at the site of the former market hall in the Zelný trh square in Brno. The concept is based on the character of the place, a small allotment and historical monitoring the shape of the enclosing area of the square and Starobrněnská street. An interesting problem is also linked to the different heights of objects spalicek a townhouse on the corner of Town Hall Street, which is considering a proposal to reconstruct the original image.

The objective of bachelor thesis is a design of polyfunctional house in the center of Valašské Meziříčí. The project respects the history and typology of urban space. The concept is based on the theme of walls converted into the current conception, a quiet housing and neighborhood revitalization.
Brno Trade Fairs Future

The architectural project of Exhibition Hall is located in a part of Brno-Pisárky, in northern area of BVV. The objective of the land-use planning and architectural proposal was to integrate the Hall in proximity to the second entry of BVV. The pavilion is situated on the primary northen axe, which perpendiculary join the pedestrian bridge. The binding foot-bridge is used for path between the entry of BVV and the western entry into the exhibition section. Surrounding the building is situated green park. There are open areas for pedestrian, tree-hemmed paths and relaxation spots around the entire building. The exhibition hall combines four basic parts: the western entrance connected with the pedestrian bridge, public part, storage part and the multi-purpose exhibition space in between. There are two-floor restaurant and snack bars with an open view to the south part of BVV, in particular to the Hall Z. The pavilion was concieved as a ruled rectangular volume. The creative proposal was to involve the ruled surface geometry, which is formed by connecting two curves with a series of straight lines and covers the entire building. The outer curtain wall is implied «the Curtains», reveals a lightness and airiness by dynamic effect. Geometrical curved profiles clearly point the basic entry spaces outside the exhibition hall. The western entry section allows two different points of entrance: from the pedestrian bridge to the first level and from the ground level. In time of trade fairs there are possibilities to use industrial doors along northern and southern elevations as a secondary entrances. There is a lobby space with the monumental staircase in the centre of public section. The circular shape of staircase rises towards atrium. A collaboration of atrium and natural lighting optically extends and makes easier the foyer space. The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a design of a new apartmen building in the city of Brno on the plot expected to be completed by the city block. Typologically it deals with the current design possibilities of gallery apartment buildings / porch houses, implementation of space-demanding grocery stores and commercial areas into urban structures. Architecturally explores the possibilities of designing new constructions with citation of architectural language a tectonics of past styles.
Brno City Hospital

The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of a town hospital at Kraví hora in Brno. The design of the new city hospital in Brno replaces the functions of two existing city hospitals, the Merciful Brothers Hospital and the Trauma Hospital, whose technologies do not meet the medical requirements of the 21st century. In the hospital there are standard facilities, namely outpatient medical facilities, including day hospitals, central blood collection, emergency, operating rooms, central sterilization, anesthesiology and resuscitation departments, intensive care units, maternity and neonatology departments, examination complement , laboratories, rehabilitation departments, inpatient departments of surgical and internal medicine, non - medical and commercial premises, personnel background, technical background and parking. The hospital is a 10-storey building. The main idea of the design was to create a hospital with the views of the park even Brno skyline.
NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

The proposed multi-functional building is located on the corner of Bratislava and Old in Brno. The land is made up of several parcels and falls under the city of Brno Zabrdovice. This district is characterized by its block development, which is the completion of a significant corner. Near the Theater Joy, Puppet Museum, primary school and the Museum of Roma Culture. There Good walking distance to public transport and city center. The whole concept is based on the survey and analysis of the missing features sites and public spaces. The proposed concept is based on the following the theater, providing public space for leisure and café for use of the general public. An important clue is a primary school. An analysis of the environment is an obvious lack of sports facilities, it follows a proposal climbing wall, playground, dance floor, which in winter is converted to ice rink for skating. In the Museum of Roma Culture, which is near plots, lack facilities for the production of fine products, and a ballroom. Art workshop and dance hall are part of the design. The perimeter of the plot is divided into two masses. The street is designed Bratislava temporary accommodation - hostel in a street of old multi-functional building. Among these Matter is designed input - gateway, which is connected to the theater. Gateway creates levitating mass, which opens from the street entrance to the courtyard and is accessible public. The corner of creating prestigious spaces smaller local galleries products and a library. A high wall that lines the plot is used for climbing wall, near the Administration Building and rent climbing equipment. This building serves as a lookout for events in the courtyard.
New South District and its Connection to Svratka

The subject of the thesis is a part of the South Center of Brno. After a long period of time, the locality is starting to "wake up to life", thanks to the fact that after a few decades it was finally decided on the fate and location of the Central Station. Thus, it is expected to expand the city in a southern direction. Then incorporate adjacent areas to the center. The thesis follows the project from 2018, the subject of which was the design of an urban concept of a territorial unit defined by Opuštěná Street, the Lower Railway Station, the Svratka River and the planned new urban class located on the visual axis of Cathedral (st. Petr and Pavel). Therefore, the thesis deals with the architectural study of a part of this area, situated near the river Svratka, on the border of the newly emerging city embankment. It is a multifunctional block, with predominant use for housing with 136 apartments for about 450 inhabitants. This block is further divided into 3 buildings, which have two underground floors providing technological background, and parking spaces for the entire multifunctional block. Further, the architectural study focuses on one of these polyfunctional block objects and processes it in more detail. The building of the residential building, called "A" in the study, provides a total of 47 apartments. And in the ground floor of the building there are rentable spaces for various uses. The effort of the proposal was to create quality living in a unique location on the waterfront and provide the inhabitants with a view of the Svratka River and the park on the opposite bank, even though it is almost in the city center.
