Use of Software Support for the Economic Evaluation of the Investment Project

This thesis deals with economic evaluation case study of Ekofarm construction using applications Crystal Ball and Pertmaster Risk Project. The thesis represents the fundamental characteristics of the investment project and methods of its evaluation. There are introduced basic features of both applications on probabilistic risk analysis performed by simulation method Latin Hypercube Sampling. The case study is described in detail including breeding system and method of financing. This is linked to the calculation of economic fundamentals and creation of project cash flow. The result is probabilistic analysis which is output from tested software tools, and its evaluation.
Financial Assurance of Public Investment Project

The aim of thesis "Financial assurance of public investment project" is to find a suitable way of financing public investment project for the reconstruction of the Municipal Office Řečany nad Labem, dealing with thermal insulation cladding, ceiling construction, replacing the openings and new covering. The theoretical part deals with municipal budget, structure budget and possible funding sources for the investment project. The practical part focuses on the possible ways to finance the investment project and grant programs using the most suitable option and an overall assessment of the results.
Impact of the company's allocation to optimize its operation using the principles of facility management

A number of partial restructuring measures are offered to optimize business operation to improve its efficiency and performance. The structure inside the company is one of the most important tools for managing its performance and its correct definition, and a proper and meaningful distribution can play a key role in the competitive environment. In many cases, the requirement for optimization of operation will arise from the requirements of facility management, and therefore restructuring measures relating to organizational changes should be implemented with respect to the principles of facility management or should be based on its optimization. This thesis presents the impact of restructuring measures by centralizing of divisions on optimizing its operation with respect to the facility management. The aim of the dissertation is to evaluate the organizational change in the company with several divisions, taking into account the principles of facility management. The result of this thesis are the methodical recommendations during the establishment and evaluation of the division´s centralization in the company. It is based on the findings from the literature review and the real change in the building company.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is financial viability of investment project. This text is consisted of two parts – theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part deals with characteristics of investment project and its life cycle. In addition this part also contains evaluation of economic and financial viability of the project and its possible financial resources. Practical part is case study of road construction project in the village Ořechov. This part by using the knowledge from theoretical part evaluates financial viability of the project and its possible financial resources.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to acquaint the reader with the issue of a public investment project and then apply the information found to the case study in the form of a financial and economic evaluation of the selected investment plan. The evaluated investment project is the reconstruction of a cinema in the village of Hustopeče in the South Moravian Region, while the identified outputs were achieved using the cost method of cost-benefit analysis using the eCBA application. Part of the evaluation also includes a risk analysis in the form of a sensitivity and qualitative analysis.
Evaluation of Efficiency and Risk of Investment Project

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the efficiency and risks of an investment project in the field of transport infrastructure. The aim of this work is to evaluate a bicycle lane. The first part of the thesis is the theoretical and describes the stages of evaluation in detail. What follows is a part, which interconnects the theoretical part with a case study. The final part of this work comprises the case study, which includes a description of the evaluated project, economic analysis, and risk assessment. The evaluated project was ii/444 Šternberk-průtah-I.stavba, and for the purpose of the case study only the bicycle trail was assessed. The economic output is based on the outputs of the online system eCBA.
Analysis of Economic Risk of Investment Project

This thesis focuses on considering of the investor economic risk during the preparation of the investment project including the financial plan, its evaluation and suggestions of proposals for risk reduction. Correct decisions on implementation or rejection of the project are based on the realistic financial plan. However, expenses and revenues are only implied and are burdened with some variability that leads to the risk of failure to achieve the planned values. To assess the acceptability of certain risks for the investor, an analysis of risk factors was conducted. The factors are first identified for their significance and potential negative impact, then the most risk factors are evaluated and determined whether it is necessary to further tracking or the risk to the investor is acceptable.
Economic Evaluation of the Use of Brownfield Sites for Residential Construction

Thesis deals with issue of „brownfields“ and their regeneration. The work is splitted into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains assessment indicators for economic efficiency of investments, basic economic terms, relative to theme of the thesis and basic information about brownfields and their dividing. The practical part contains valorization of economical utilization on the study case of brownfield power plant in the Žilina city centre, for residential purposes. The aim of this thesis is to assess, if is the regeneration of this specific brownfield economically effective. In the arbitration of economic efficiency is used several possible alternatives of valorization for the residential rooms. Every alternative is worked out in details and thereafter they effectiveness is evaluated.

This bachelor's thesis deal with economic efficiency of public construction project. Information about efficiency it takes from Cost-benefit analysis. Cost-benefit analysis compares economic cash-flow and it rates project´s usefullness versus total project´s cost. In the economic cash-flow are financial cash-flow, as investment, yield and cost, and socioeconomic cash-flow. In thit part is project´s effect on the community in the formof benefits and savings. This effect we can see in a project as a unit price. For this cash-flow result indexs of ekonomic efficiency, which evaluates efficiency, or demand of grant. The one of part economic efficiency is project life cycle´s financial sustainability.
