Characteristics of Moravian wines of the Pálava variety
Horáková, Lenka ; Divišová, Radka (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the chemical characterization of Palava wines from the Moravian region and the possibility of using chemical analysis of wines to verify the geographical origin of the Palava variety. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the wine-growing areas in the Czech Republic and the origin of the Palava variety. The theoretical part discusses the chemical composition of wine and the issue of wine adulteration and methods used to check the authenticity of wines. The experimental part of the bachelor thesis is focused on elementary analyses, analyses of selected phenolic compounds, organic acids, total phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity of wines. The measured data were evaluated using statistical analysis techniques. Analysis of variance, principal component analysis and discriminant analysis were used. The results of this work showed that with the help of chemical analyzes and statistical techniques it was not possible to distinguish samples of Pálava wines according to individual Moravian subregions. However, this study proved that the wines of the Pálava variety have a characteristic chemical composition and it can be distinguished on the basis of chemical analysis from other white wines from the wine-growing region of Moravia.

The peripheral masonry above-ground is projected of aerated concreted blocks PORFIX and insulated with some basaltic wool, the insulation complies with the conditions of ETICS. The vertical bearing internal wall constructions on all floors are projected of aerated concreted blocks PORFIX as well. The horizontal bearing walls are formed by prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. The detached house and the hairdresser´s are covered with one-piece flat roof, the garage has got a green roof.
Analysis of VOC Frankovka wines originating in the Modré hory region
Horáková, Lenka ; Machát,, Jiří (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the chemical characterization of Frankovka red wines and the possibility of using chemical analysis of wines to distinguish Frankovka wines from VOC Modré hory from other Frankovka wines from the Moravian wine region. The theoretical part describes viticulture in the Czech Republic, the characteristics of the Frankovka variety and the wine classification system in the Czech Republic. The next part describes in detail the association VOC Modré hory, the red wine technology and the use of chemometry for wine authentication. The experimental part deals with the determination of the elemental profile of wines by ICP-MS and ICP-OES methods, analysis of selected phenolic substances by HPLC-MS and analysis of organic acids by IC. Furthermore, the analysis of the aromatic profile of wines was performed using the technique HS-SPME-GC-MS and the total content of phenolic substances in wines was determined by the MAS method. A total of 24 wine samples were analyzed, where 12 samples came from VOC Modré hory and another 12 wines came from other Moravian wine regions. Statistical analysis techniques (Mann-Whitney U-test and PCA) were used to classify wine samples into groups in order to separate wines from VOC Modré hory and other wines from other Moravian regions. The results of this work showed that with the help of chemical analyzes and statistical techniques it was possible to distinguish wines from VOC Modré hory from other wines from the Moravian wine region.
The injury rate in professional female volleyball and its relation to a physiotherapeutic care
Horáková, Lenka ; Pavlů, Dagmar (advisor) ; Nováková, Tereza (referee)
Title: The Injury Rate in Professional Female Volleyball and its Relation to a Physiotherapeutic Care Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the injury rate in professional Czech female volleyball on the basis of data from the questionnaire. Another aim is to find out the level of regenerative and compensatory means used during the season and at the same time to find out whether the available physiotherapeutic care has an impact on the frequency and healing of injuries. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis consists of a literary research of available Czech and foreign sources. To obtain data was created a non-standardized questionnaire, which was filled in by women players from the Czech extra-league competition older than 18 years. An analysis of the most common injuries, the use of regenerative agents and experience with physiotherapy were performed using a questionnaire. The obtained data were processed by software Microsoft Excel and by Chi-squared Test, Independent Two-Sample t-Test, Shapiro-Wilk Test and Wilcoxon Test. Results: Injury was reported by 44 probands from 76 total (56, 6 % of respondents). The most common injury is ankle sprain (36,4 %), second most common injury is damage od shoulder joint, third most common injury is muscle damage (19,2 %). The...

Enzyme-triggered polymer probes for fluorescence-guided surgery of solid tumors
Horáková, Lenka ; Etrych, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kaňa, Martin (referee)
This work is focused on the synthesis of macromolecular hydrophilic polymer conjugates with fluorophores for visualization of solid tumors. These polymer probes were designed for their utilization within the image-guided endoscopic surgery, where the boundaries of the tumor tissue would be fluorescently marked after i.v. administration. Polymer carriers should provide prolonged circulation of the probe in the body and the transport of the fluorescent dye into the desired place. Polymer probes based on N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA) copolymers prepared by radical copolymerization containing fluorescent dye cyanine7-NH2 (Cy7- NH2) were synthetized and evaluated. The dye was conjugated to the carrier via an enzymatically cleavable peptide linker, specifically Gly-Phe-Leu-Gly and Val-Cit-4-aminobenzylalcohol. The enzymatic hydrolysis of these polymer conjugates was studied using a model lysosomal enzyme cathepsin B. In vitro study was carried out using hypopharyngeal cancer cell line FaDu, in which the internalization of the probes into cells and accumulation in cell compartments was evaluated by the fluorescent confocal microscopy. Key words: nanomaterials, polymer probes, fluorescence, EPR effect [IN CZECH]
