Summary: The bachelor thesis deals with polyarthritis disease with early rheumatoid arthritis and its physiotherapy care. It consists of two parts. The general part contains a general joint anatomy, deals with the major problems of disease and polyarthritis rheumatoid arthritis, its diagnosis, treatment and physiotherapy care. Special part includes a case report of a patient with a diagnosis of polyarthritis with early rheumatoid arthritis. Key words: Polyarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, physiotherapy.
Case study of physical therapy care of patient after ischemic stroke

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after the ischemic stroke Objectives: The main aim of this study was to verify my ability to work with the patient, his examination, making conclusions, proposed treatment and its subsequent implementation. Other aim was mapping of the literature on the subject. Methods: The first part of my bachelor thesis is theoretical and it is aimed on stroke. There are described anatomy of cerebral artery, knowledge about stroke, its clinical symptoms and treatment options in this part. The description of spasticity with its influence on therapy and its treatment and the techniques used in physiotherapy are also there. The Brocca aphasia is described in the last section. The second part is the case report of a patient P. V. with diagnosis: ischemic stroke with dextral symptomatology. This special part is based on two weeks' work with the patient in the hospital (Ústřední vojenská nemocnice - Vojenská fakultní nemocnice Praha). This work lasted from 9th January 2012 to 3rd February 2012. Summary: The work is divided into general and special part. General part: This part deals with the issue of cervical disc disorder with myelopathy and its treatment with rehabilitation included. General part is divided into individual chapters and subchapters which contain the definition and the description of its issue, its etiology, occurrence and pathogenesis of the illness. It explains basic anatomical terms, clinical views and pharmacological methods. Special part: It is written up in the form of the case report of particular patient with his (above-mentioned) diagnosis. Then, anamnesis, complex entry and final kinesiology examination and the description of therapeutic plan are described in detail.

Method: The work is a form of retrieval processing of the issue of external ankle fractures, and is divided into general and special. The general part is divided into various sections and subsections that describe the basic anatomical knowledge of the lower leg, ankle and foot. Is outlined here ankle kinesiology and basic biomechanical aspects. Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of distorsio articularis talocruralis pedis l. dx gravis Summary: The aim of this thesis is to introduce readers to the topic of physiotherapy sessions at diagnosis ankle sprains. The general described the anatomy and biomechanics of the foot, with a focus on the ankle joint. Injuries of the ankle will focus on the distortion. It is here described mechanism of injury, classification, clinical presentation and diagnosis. The general conclusion of the thesis describes the methods and therapeutic procedures and physical therapy to help the patient to full recovery. A special part is prepared on the basis of patient case studies. They also described individual therapy in the treatment. It consists of two parts, a general part and a specialized part. General part comprises basic knowledge about the knee joint, total replacement, gonarthrosis and describes physiotherapeutic processes during the post-operative period. Specialized part, the main part of this bachelor thesis, constitutes the process of patient therapy after a total knee replacement on the right side and an evaluation of the therapy's effect. Effect of manual lymph drainage on the healing of muscle

Title of work: Effect of manual lymph drainage on the healing of muscle Objective: The aim of this thesis is to assess the impact and effect of manual lymph drainage on wound rupture of the muscle. Method: Development and comparison of six case studies of patients diagnosed with muscle rupture. Three patients were treated with manual lymphatic drainage, the remaining three patients were treated with rest therapy. The effect of treatment was documented using diagnostic ultrasound. All patients were performed one frame muscle rupture after myocardial muscle injury and second inspection, after three weeks of the treatment. Size rupture were compared before and after treatment. Results: After comparing six case histories of patients diagnosed with muscle rupture was found that for the first group that was treated with manual lymphatic drainage has been reduced swelling, hematoma, and thus muscle rupture. Conclusion: The effect of manual lymph drainage in the group of probands was noticeable. However, such results shouldn't be generally applicable due to the small number of probands.

Title of bachelor's thesis: Case of physiotherapy care for patient diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis Objectives: The aim is to emphasize the use of physiotherapy as a part of comprehensive treatment of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. The thesis includes a detailed casuistry of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: The thesis is divided into a general part and a special part. The general part is focused on description of rheumatoid arthritis. It discusses characteristics of the disease and its division, clinical symptoms, pathogenesis, prognosis, psychological aspect, examination and treatment procedures. The Special part of the thesis presents a casuistry of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. It includes entry kinesiological analysis of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis, subsequent therapy and output kinesiological analysis. This casuistry was prepared at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague during the bachelor praxis in the period from 14th of January 2013 to 8th of February 2013 under the professional guidance of Eva Ištvánková.
