From standards of living to quality of life: changes in analyzing and measuring of development of society after the crisis of 2008 and their projections in political strategies of Western states.

In this dissertation thesis, I focus on changes in the assessment and measurement of quality of life and development after the crisis of 2008 and the reflection of these changes in the political strategies of Western countries. I follow up on the public debate and on many books and professional articles whose authors dealt with the causes of the crisis, with the reactions of governments and international institutions to its manifestations as well as with its effects on the quality of life of Western society. The thesis aims to find out whether the dramatic events of autumn 2008 led to a more significant change in Western society and its institutions, like many experts, politicians, and public figures expected at the beginning of the crisis. First, I focus in this context on the analysis of institutions, which is based primarily on the study of strategic documents, books, and proceedings published after the crisis as well as on articles published in the world media. Subsequently, I engage in the analysis of social preferences, for which I use data on subjective quality of life collected within the European Quality of Life Survey. The Czech election campaigns development analysis: a case of elections in years 1996 and 2006

The main theme of this work is a development of Czech election campaigns. Specifically this work is about election campaigns in years 1996 and 2006. Is the development of Czech election campaigns considerable enough that we could compare them to campaigns in the west countries? One criterion of western campaigns is a concept of a m arketing oriented party. Jenifer Lees-Marshment is an author of this concept. Lees-Marshment defines in contemporary election campaigns three types of political parties: product-oriented party, sales-oriented party and m arket-oriented party. M arket-oriented party (MOP) is different in a way of creating its political platform. The political platform is based on identification of public interests. M arket-oriented party concentrates on satisfying its voters. For this purpose the party is using extensive marketing methods. MOP reacts to its voters preferences and consults them among the whole party. If the strategy is accepted the party creates a final political platform. In 1996 elections we can only find product oriented parties. Political parties were creating their political platforms as a final product without asking voters what their desires were. Zpráva analyzuje dopravní politiku v jednotlivých zemích (Německo, Polsko, Rakousko, Slovensko), kterých se výstavba kanálu týká, včetně popisu současné situace na jednotlivých tocích. Předkládá ucelenou analýzu dopadu výstavby kanálu z pohledu ochrany přírody a životního prostředí dotčených států. Jsou uvedeny mezinárodní závazky ČR a mezinárodní dohody vztahující se k případné výstavbě. Přílohy obsahují vládní, právní a strategické dokumenty dotčených zemí, které se vztahují k projektu výstavby vodní cesty Dunaj - Odra - Labe.
Project of the corporate design and its example of the company Filamos s.r.o.

This thesis deals with company design. The goal is to explain all relevant aspects, especially from company design project point of view. Practical case study of realization of company design project in company Filamos s.r.o. is a part of this thesis. First part explains the term company design, discusses its introduction in a company, administration and its changes. It deals with this term also in context of company identity or image, especially its line up to information strategy. Second part deals with preparation and realization of company design project in company Filamos s.r.o. while practical part deals above all with methodology of this project. The output of the project, "Graphical manual" of the company Filamos s.r.o., is attached.
Srovnání legislativy elektronického podpisu v ČR a v Německu

Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou legislativy týkající se elektronického podpisu v České republice a v Německu a její srovnání. V úvodu práce je stručně vymezeno, co lze pod pojmem elektronický podpis chápat a jeho formy. Jsou zde také stručně charakterizovány možnosti využití elektronického podpisu. Poté přichází na řadu hlavní část práce, která je členěna do dvou základních oddílů. V prvním oddíle se zabývám zvlášť popisu legislativy elektronického podpisu v České republice a zvlášť v Německu. Poté provádím jejich komparaci a zhodnocení celé této problematiky. V druhém oddíle se zabývám popisem legislativy týkající se poskytovatelů certifikačních služeb a to opět zvlášť jak pro Českou republiku tak pro Německo. I zde provádím jejich komparaci. K tomuto oddílu se dále váže popis situace na trzích poskytovatelů certifikačních služeb České republiky a Německa.
