This Master´s thesis deals with creating a business plan, which covers the construction of a climbing centre in Vrchlabí. The goal of the thesis is to assess the feasibility of the project based on the created business plan. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first, theoretical part, deals with a difference between an entrepreneur and a relationship of employment, reasons to run a business, but above all, reasons for creating a business plan and its structure. The practical part includes a business plan itself with a detailed structure of the whole project, a financial plan and all necessary steps and actions that need to be done for its successful realization. The greatest emphasis is placed on the analysis of potential customers as a key factor of the success of the project. Evaluation of the project profitability and success in existing conditions comes in the conclusion of the thesis.
A Business Plan for a Theme Restaurant

The topic of the thesis is creating a business plan for a theme restaurant in the town of Zlín, the concept of the restaurant being a steak restaurant in North American style. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part starts with addressing issues connected with the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship briefly and goes on to analyze the essence of the business plan and the principles which should be followed when drawing a plan up. Last but not least follows the suggestion of an appropriate structure for the business plan including the description of its individual parts. The practical part of the thesis presents the business plan for a theme restaurant. The business plan was written for the purpose of the founder, who is also the author of the thesis.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to execute a business plan for a business in the field of fast foods. The main goal of the business plan is to evaluate feasibility and practicability of this project. The master thesis is divided into two main sections: a theoretical and practical one. The first part describes the entrepreneurship, small & medium enterprises in Czech Republic and a business plan. Moreover, it focuses on theoretical background that consists of principles, methods and approaches that should be respected when writing a business plan. In addition, it describes parts of a business plan. The second part deals with the business plan for the project itself that is based on the theoretical background. The evaluation of this business idea in terms of its aspects is then provided.

The intention of this thesis is to analyse case studies and identify factors of successful succession in Czech family owned businesses (FOB). The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the subject and objective of my thesis. Second one deals with theoretical background of entrepreneurship, history of entrepreneurship in Czech Republic and last but not least with theoretical background of FOB. The third chapter is an analysis of researches about succession in FOB made in Czech Republic and also in other parts of world. The aim of this master's thesis is to created a business plan for a new project in area of retro furnishings. The thesis consists of two sections. The first being a theoretical part contains general principles and recommendations for compiling a business plan, deals with its structure and analyzes the individual points.In the practical part is created a business plan for the project. The structure and concent is based on the theoretical part. Among other things, the plan is focused mainly on the target market, marketing stratégy and financial plan. Main user of the business plan is the author of the thesis, which it will use for the project.

The goal of the thesis is is to present a business plan for new Trilobit hotel, conduct analysis of its marketing activities and determine strategies of development to promote the services of this hotel. SWOT analysis was used and showed that the hotel has more strength than weaknesses; also there are a lot of opportunities for development. Competitive analysis defined the hotel as the best in that area. All tools of marketing mix were explained clearly and in detail. Implementation plan and financial computations were placed to show costs, investments and cash flow. Range of development strategies was offered. In case of implementing that, hotel will attract new customers, extend range of services and increase competitive advantage and profitability.

The diploma thesis is focused on the topic of creation a business plan for a personal agency with specialization on information technology industry. There are described general rules of writing the business plan as well as specifics of personal agencies in the theoretical part. The practical part applies this theoretical knowledge on the specific case and there is also a feasibility analysis of such a project. Practical part follows the theoretical one and applies the knowlege sucha s marketing plan, financial plan etc. on the specific project. There is also analysis of micro and macro environment.

Current bachelor work is dedicated to entrepreneurship with reference to the SME. The business plan is related to the field of opening of private kindergartens, which is currently very popular. The theoretical part of the work deals with the kindergartens' operation, regulatory and legal framework of its functionality, the project of the structure and the principles of its foundation. The practical part of the thesis contains the actual business plan for opening a kindergarten. The main objective of the thesis is the preparation of understandable, systematic and ideally applicable business project that potentially can be used in negotiations with investors in the field of raising capital for the project implementation and successful operation of the business. We came to the firm conclusion that the project is appropriate for implementation.

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is creating a business plan for a company called Souvenir Suvenýr with a viability analysis and an evaluation of practicability of the project. The business plan covers producing five types of souvenirs designed in a contemporary design and made by local producers and suppliers. The specific thing about these souvenirs is that they are suitable either for tourists and local people. The theoretical part of the work describes the purpose, possible options and a structure of the business plan. The practical part introduces the business plan itself and focuses on market definition, marketing mix, financial analysis and other important factors influencing the viability of the company Souvenir Suvenýr. The conclusion evaluates the meaningfulness of the work done and fulfillment of the business plan.
