The territory of the Boletice Military Training Area and its surrounding areas have been undergoing dynamic development since the 1990s. This development is also reflected in the intended use of this space for tourism. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current development of tourism in the Boletice region and to compare the significance of tourism for the surrounding municipalities with regard to the presence of the military training area. To achieve this goal, the method of content analysis of postcards from information centres in the area and the method of semi-structured interviews with the representatives of the municipalities located near the military training area were employed. The research indicates that municipalities with lower tourism intensity perceive the presence of tourists more due to the accessibility of the Boletice Military Training Area. The limited depiction of Boletice on postcards signifies its lesser significance compared to the surroundings tourist areas. Urban cycle routes: the example of the Prague cycle route Zbraslav-centrum Abstract Cycling is an environmentally friendly form of transport that offers many benefits, especially in urban areas. Compared to other Central European cities, cycling is relatively underused in Prague. This is mainly due to the existence of various barriers and also to the negative mixing of cycling with other forms of transport. The aim of this paper is to highlight the current state of Prague's cycle routes in general with a more detailed description of the defined section of the A2 Vltavská cycle route. By comparing it with the cycle routes in Bern and Krakow, its shortcomings and potential opportunities for its development and Prague's cycling in general are indicated. Furthermore, the thesis provides new information, gathered during interviews with experts on Prague cycle transport, providing a more detailed analysis of the shortcomings of A2 Vltavská and its current use by young people.
