Title: Dance and movement education of children aged 3 to 5 years The objective of this thesis is the creation of a methodological series of exercises for dance education of children from 3 to 5 years based on literary research. The thesis is designed for all beginning dance teachers whom it is intended to help to clarify and organize each dance element and moves correctly. An additional objective is practical verification of created methodological series of exercises with children with the above required age. For processing of this thesis I will use practical observation method and during the next two months I will apply created methodological series to children preschool age from dance school Stardance Chomutov, who I have worked with since September 2011. Based on observation and reactions of children to this type of exercise I will create a selection which I will process in the form of evaluation for each exercise. The Physical Self-Perception of Female Belly Dencers

Title: The Physical Self-Perception of Female Belly Dancers Aim of the thesis: Aim is a description of composition of physical self-perception of a group of females attending belly-dancing lessons. Method: I used questionnaires to collect necessary data. Multidimensional questionnaire "Profile of physical self-perception" affecting five subdomains of physical self-concept, confirmed by Tomešová (2003) and a questionnaire to determine the basic anthropometric data (age, height, weight). Data were collected during the belly dancing courses in the period from March to June 2010. The group consisted of 73 women (average age 33.47 years) participating in these courses. Result: The result of this work is to describe the composition of physical self-perception of women attending classes of belly-dance. Thanks to division of subjects into groups according to age and BMI values these groups were thereafter compared to each other with regard to average values of specific subdomains. Název v češtině: Taneční terapie Název v angličtině: Dance therapy Cíle práce: Vymezit dvě nejčastěji používané formy taneční terapie tak, aby byl patrný rozdíl v terapeutickém přístupu každé z nich. Zjistit jaké odborné vzdělání a zázemí nám obě formy taneční terapie nabízí v ČR s porovnáním se situací v zahraničí. Zhodnotit možnosti využití taneční terapie ve fyzioterapii. Metody: Využití dostupných bibliografických, elektronických a neoficiálních zdrojů jako jsou předllášky a konzultace, semináře. Výsledky: Obě formy taneční terapie mají společná teoretická východiska a jsou zasazeny do rámce psychoterapie. Liší se od sebe navzájem především strukturou lekce, přístupem a rolí terapeuta, diagnostikou a používáním technik a léčebných prvků. Obě ovšem vycházejí ze stejného předpokladu, že existuje úzké spojení mezi tělesnými a psychickými procesy. Cílené zaměření tance a pohybu blahodárně působí nejenom na psychiku, ale i na pohybový systém jedince. Z pohledu fyzioterapeuta mohu říci, že taneční terapie vede ke zlepšení držení těla, k lepší koordinaci pohybů, k přesnějšímu cílení pohybů, ke zvýšení svalové síly, k udržení nebo zvýšení kloubních rozsahů, ovlivňuje kardiovaskulární systém a pomáhá rozšiřovat pohybový rejstřík a tělové schéma. Title: Developing a dancing-motion programme for senior citizens Objectives: The objective of this diploma work was to develop and apply a dancing-motion programme for seniors and to characterize its benefits for senior individuals aged between 60 and 90. Methods: Using quantitative and qualitative methods we evaluated the quality of developing a dancing-motion programme for seniors. We used the method of inquiry with the techniques of survey, observation and group interview. The praxix took place in a chosen retirement home during the time period of three months. Results: The achieved results of my work are described in detail in the result part of my work and summarized in its discussion part. The results of our research showed that although the developing and the application of the dancing-motion programme was positively evaluated by the probational group, its level of difficulty did not quite suit the seniors' psysical abilities and that is why it was found difficult by them. The Influence of Dance Training on Mood and Feeling of People With Paraplegia

Title: The influence of dance training on mood and feelings of people with paraplegia Objectives: The objective of this work was to detect using POMS questionnaire, whether the dance education has a positive effect on mood of people with paraplegia. Specifically, we focused on feelings such as depression, activity, anxiety and fatigue. Methods: The survey is a quantitative type using the POMS questionnaire (Profile of Mood State). Research has become a set of 40 people with paraplegia. 20 people were the control group and 20 persons were experimental group. Results: Dance education has significantly reduce the feeling of depression, anxiety, fatigue, and increase activity in patients with paraplegia. Title: Formative Influence of Acrobatic Rock'n'roll on the Quality of Posture in Children Aged 6-14 Work provides an overview of standardized tests and how to use them in a training process, through which we can evaluate the quality of the posture and assess the impact and appropriateness of applied physical exercise, means and methods in the practice of acrobatic rock and roll. The aim is to gain knowledge about the state of musculoskeletal deliberately selected dancers of acrobatic rock and roll aged 6-14 with a focus on quality assessment of posture. Work in the form of the case study seeks to highlight the significant impact of training load on the level of postural system. To evaluate the quality of posture we have taken tests by Klein and Thomas and Mathias's test and for examination mobility of tests by Janda and Kabelíkova, Vávrová. Values obtained (both aspektion and palpation), we recorded in the relevant forms and for their processing, we used the method of graphical comparison with Microsoft Office Word. Title: Compared creative approaches in creating a dance composition. Goals: The aim of this thesis is to find similarities and differences in the creative approaches of selected Czech and foreign authors of choreographies. Methods: A qualitative research and casuistry as the main research method was selected for this thesis. Namely comparative studies, which together with the survey through semistructured (depth) interview, conducted with selected experts in the field of choreography, compared the two cases among themselves - Czech choreographers with foreign reformers. Results: In the research part of the thesis, based on the literature research and accomplished investigation, there are similarities and differences found in creative approaches of Czech choreographers and foreign reformers. The outcome of the research is a comparative table following the life and work of choreographers in three areas: the entry conditions, the process of creation and creation outputs. Title: Questionare Survey on High School Students for Dancing Interest in ITS Submission in Physical Education Lessons Objective: Create and process a questionnaire for pupils and develop a survey for teachers. Check the current interest of secondary school pupils of the dance and its inclusion in physical Education. Method: As a means for obtaining data were used questionnaire. There are They had one questionnaire for pupils. To enrich the knowledge acquired through questionnaires questionnaire was applied research for teachers. Results: The result of my research was the discovery that secondary school students prevails interested in dance as well as its inclusion in physical education classes. The thesis is designed for dance teachers whom it is intended to help to clarify and organize each dance element and moves correctly in the educational program. A sub-task is practical verification of created series of exercises with children with a group of children that age. For processing of this thesis is used a practical observation method. Created a set of exercises is applied in preschool children from dance school Stardance Chomutov. In the previous period under dance training one year once a week. Prepared program was implemented over a period of two months vacations three times a week. Based on observation and reactions of children on each lesson was an adjustment program content according to the current conditions. The result became process reflection for each exercise. Exercises Suitable for People with Down Syndrome

Vurmová Marie Cíle: Ve své diplomové práci jsem se snažila sestavit hudebně pohybový program pro jedince s Downovým syndromem. Zjišťuji do jaké míry ovlivňuje jejich funkční zdatnost a jaký má vliv na držení těla. Metody: Práce je empiricko teoretická s využitím experimentu. V práci jsem použila metodu testování a pozorování. Zkoumaný soubor zahrnuje jedince s Downovým syndromem od 31-33lety. Výsledky: Sběr dat byl proveden od září 2005 do března 2006. Výsledky zpracovány v programech Microsoft World a Microsoft Excel. Výsledky jsou prezentovány ve formě tabulek. Závěr: Bylo zjištěno, že navrhovaný program pozitivně ovlivnil zdatnost pohybového aparátu. Hudebně pohybový program byl jedinci dobře přijímán a byl jim vhodnou motivací pro další pohybovou činnost.
