Employment Relationship Associated with the Employer Relocation

This bachelor´s thesis deals with possible difficulties related to relocation of employer. The theoretical part describes mainly labour relations and connected issues from legal, accounting and tax point of view. The practical part includes analysis of specific problem in company Eichenauer, spol. s r. o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate, if relocation of the part of corporation would be convenient, and alternatively suggest, how to motivate employees to accept the agreement about change of place of performance of work.
Construction of identity in Scandinavian migration literature

(in English): This diploma thesis analyses how the identity of characters with a migration background is constructed in Scandinavian migration literature, focusing on language, culture, and national sentiment. With the help of social psychology, the first theoretical chapter introduces the concept of identity, whereas migration literature is presented in the second theoretical chapter. The centre of the practical analysis is the main characters in three Scandinavian novels, namely Enmandstelt by Alen Mešković, Tante Ulrikkes vei by Zeshan Shakar, and Kalla det vad fan du vill by Marjaneh Bakhtiari. The analyses' attention is aimed at the way language, cultural identity, and national identity contribute to the construction of each character's identity.
Comparison of Injury Occurrence in Czech Rugby Women with Countries Abroad

Title: Comparison of occurence injuries in Czech women ragby with foreign states Objective: Objective of my thesis is comparison of occurrence injuries in Czech women rugby with selected foreign states. Further it focus on individual types of injuries by post on the pitch, its causes and on the various preventive measures that can preclude its occurence. Method: For the research it was used method of non-standardized questionnaire with closed and semi-closed questions. The questionnaire was managed in English language on server (survio.com.) and was sended to women teams in six foreign states. Total was answered 73 questionnares. For the analysis of the data obtained was used software Microsoft Excel 2016. Results: The results showed that in the teams in the selected foreign states the most occur ligament injuries (26%), followed by dislocations (20%), fractures (18%), concussions of brain (16%), injury lacerations (15%) and other serious injuries (5%). Of the total number of injuries (51%) feel on attackers and (49%) on the players of scrum. The most injuries occur during defensive tackling (64%) and attacking (29%). The occurrence of injuries and its prevention in the elite series of women's 7s rugby in the Czech Republic

Title: The occurrence of injuries and its prevention in the elite series of women's 7s rugby in the Czech Republic Objective: Objective of my bachelor thesis is finding of frequency and possible kinds of injuries in elite series of women 7s rugby in Czech republic. It focus on types of injuries, its causes by individual posts, on mechanism of injuries and its prevention. Method: For research it was used expert findings through nonstandardized questionnaires with closed and semi-closed questions. Questionnaires were sent out in electronic form to all six teams playing elite series. Total was analyzed 63 questionnaires. For the analysis of the data obtained was used software Microsoft Excel 2013. Results: In elite series of rugby in Czech republic was the most fractures (28,7%), followed by ligament injuries (22,4%), dislocations (17,8%), injury lacerations (11,5%), other serious injuries (11,0%) and concussions of brain (8,6%). Of the total number of injuries (48,9%) fell on the players of scrum and (51,1%) on attackers. The overall average duration of treatment was 6.3 weeks. The most injuries occur during defensive tackling (40,0%) and attacking (26,4%). Injuries by individual parts of body were the most on upper limbs (37,4%).
