The subject of my thesis is design of extension sprots centre. The building has one mutilevel aboveground. The roof is solved reinforced concrete girders, rafters and flat roof. The project emphasizes the use of layout, architectural design, fire safety and thermal comfort in the building. The thesis "Sports centre" has been prepared in the form of project documentation containing all terms required by regulations.

Reconstruction of the multifunctional room music school with an emphasis on acoustics

The aim of the diploma thesis was to design the reconstruction of the music hall in the existing building of the private music school D-Music. The building is located in Kromeriz, cadastral area Kromeriz. I emphasize the design from the perspective of acoustics. The thesis also evaluated the noise load from the adjacent road II. class, for design hole fillings. It is a five-storey building with one underground and four above-ground floors. The music hall is located on the first floor and is designed multifunctionaly - for music with mobile acoustic absorbers for speech.

Detached house

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a new family house in Uherský Brod, part of city Újezdec u Luhačovic. The family house is designed as a detached house and i tis located on slightly sloped ground on the outskirts of the village. The building is two-storeyed, with cellar and its part is a covered parking space for two cars. From the first floor is allowed to enter the wooden terrace. On the second floor, the terrace is created by retreat of this floor. The building is made of the PORFIX structural system, the roof is flat. The project documentation is processed in the Autocad graphic program.

Children´s Center

The final master´s thesis handles design of the new multifunctional building Children's center in the city of Uherský Brod. The building is located near the city park. The proposed building combines the function of teaching children's pool, cafe and nursery schools. The building has two floors in the pool hall one floor and part basement. The roofing of the building is realized as a single-flat roofs. The single-storey part is a green roof. Part of the project is a detached building pram. Parking for eleven cars is placed in front.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is the development of pre-designed architectural study to the project documentation including architectural and technical detail. The subject of my bachelor’s thesis, is a lately constructed building of Brno University of Technology Technology Transfer Center in the city of Brno - Kralovo pole, in the street Kolejní within University Campus VUT Pod Palackého vrchem. I tis the study of industrial building and the solutions of the surrounding landscape in terms of supplying and pedestrian access. Technology transfer centre is bi-directional transfer of know-how between scientific research and the commercial sector. It is the mediation of new technologies, knowledge and research results.

Housing for seniors

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a new building of a free-standing building for housing for the elderly, in the form of project documentation for the construction. The building is designed brick with monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings. Perimeter masonry is designed from ceramic brick blocks th. 300 mm supplemented by contact insulation system ETICS th. 200 mm, which will be provided with silicone plaster with a grain size of 1.5 mm. The internal load-bearing masonry is designed from acoustic ceramic brick blocks of thickness 250 and 300 mm. The partitions are designed from acoustic partitions. The ceilings are designed with a heavy floating floor with excellent acoustic properties. The roof above the two-storey part is designed as a single-skin flat with extensive greenery. Above the three-storey part is a hipped roof made of lattice trusses and sheet metal roofing. The windows are designed with plastic insulating triple glazing. The balcony railing is designed for aluminum with safety glass filling. The building is heated by a gas boiler and controlled ventilation is designed throughout the building using a central recuperation.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new building of a detached apartment building in Holice, in the form of project documentation for construction. The building is designed with bricks and ceilings made of beams and ceramic inserts. The peripheral masonry is designed from ceramic brick blocks th. 300 mm completed with contact insulation system ETICS th. 200 mm, which will be equipped with silicone plaster 1,5mm. The internal load-bearing masonry is designed from acoustic ceramic brick blocks th. 250 and 300 mm. Partitions are designed from acoustic partition walls. On the ceilings, a heavy floating floor with excellent acoustic properties is designed. The roof is designed flat single-skin with thermal insulation of mineral wool and with waterproofing layer made of bitumen modified SBS strips laid in two layers. Balcony railing is designed aluminum with safety glass paneling.

The master’s thesis dealt with newly built residential house. The building is located in the Liberec region in the cadastral land parcel number 42/1 in the cadastral area Liberec-Rochlice. Address of the building is 227 Vratislavická Liberec-Rochlice 460 59th Built up area is 655 m2. The new building is located on sloping ground to the south. The building is located on the still undeveloped parcel near residential homes and nursing home. The building is partially basement with four floors. In the basement is the technical support for building, storage and parking facilities. The first two floors are commercial applications for administrative operations. In the third and fourth floor apartments are located. In total there are five residential units for a total of 17 persons. The supporting structure of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete deck Beon C 25/30 B and reinforcement 500th The building is based on the footings of plain concrete C 16/20, and the bases of concrete and plate C 25/30 and the reinforcement B 500th Outer and inner walls are lined walls in the system Porotherm. The roof is designed as a flat. Walk-on part is designed as extensive or as a patio with concrete paving. Nepochúzná part has a stabilizing layer of gravel.

Conversion of Vlněna boiling-room

The Bachelor thesis deals with the reconstruction and restoration of the building which is part of Vlněna complex in Brno. Location, in which is the object situated, is undergoing an extensive/large modernisation. Almost all historic buildings of this industrial complex are being replaced with high-rise administration blocks which deviate from historical context of the area. One of those exceptions, is also the object of this thesis. It is a former heating building that supplied energy to a mentioned complex. The attempt of the design was maximal purification from contemporary and purely functional interventions in order to support the historical footprint which is a fundamental factor for revitalization of the remaining parts of the area. The building is, in its own way, a manifestation of its surroundings. The object was cleansed to its visible structure made of bricks and wooden beam ceilings. This is refering to a time when these materials were understood as an essential costruction of every building, until they were replaced with structures from reinforced concrete and transparent facades with purely functional approach, which is visible in this new vision of Vlněna complex. Considering the administration aspect of the rest of the area, the building with its functional usage is trying to stimulate life and by that add space for social facilities. The object poetically named “the centre of regeneration“ includes many ways of relaxation which is an integral element to a monotone activities of administration buildings. The lower parts of the building contain a social function in the form of mini-brewery with beer hall/cellar, and restaurant in second floor. The other floors then offer regeneration, mental and physical, from massages to yoga practice. The result of this thesis is a revitalizational boost of the area.
